Promised me that my dress would be ready in one week. It was a small job just taking in the shoulders on a simple work dress so I thought one week would be more than enough time. I showed up a week later and she hadn't even touched my dress! Since she hadn't started the work I asked for my money back and would take the dress elsewhere. Nadia wasnt there so her employee (maybe her husband or brother) didn't want to give me my money back. He pretended like he didn't know how to work the register. He was full of excuses! I had to raise my voice and all of a sudden he knew how to open the register to pay me back. They wasted my time. I'm never going back. They should learn how to run a business.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Awful experience, no respect for time. They have no idea what customer service means. Took her 3 1/2 weeks to do one shirt and when i got it back she had butchered it. It's been ruined and now I can't wear it. GREAT! Please do yourself a favor and don't go here. Bring your business somewhere. Waste of money and time.

To add to the other bad reviews... no respect for time and very rude because I asked her why it was being done right now and why wasn't it done already? I brought my bridesmaid dress in two weeks ago and was told it would be ready on a certain date. That date rolled around and I sat in the waiting area for 40 minutes while my dress was being done and done badly in front of me. Are you freakin' joking?! Not even a sorry for making you wait.... not even a sorry. She just makes it seem like it's your fault. Horrible place. Horrible people. Don't bring your business there

Terrible terrible experience. Nadia the owner tells you a date when your clothes will be ready and then does not respect that date. Came back twice and gave her almost two weeks more time and it still wasn't ready. Claims she was "busy". Didn't even bother to call even after I asked her to advise me if she needed more time. Then she yells at the customers and has a horrible attitude! Also, TOOK THE CLOTHES HOSTAGE when I was trying to pay and leave and went to the back of the store. Only when I told her I would call the police for my clothes did she come back out! Unbelievable! Says her time is valuable however does not respect customer's time. DO NOT GO THERE. There are so many better tailors and cheaper ones on St Jean and in the west island with great work. Save yourself the trouble and money. GO ELSEWHERE.

Absolutely awful experience. Our alterations were delayed by 2 weeks because we were not notified that they were going on vacation. When we finally met, not all of the changes we had asked for were made. Do yourself a favor and take your dress somewhere else.
