I had one of the worse shopping experiences of my life. I ordered a pair of Nike's off their website recently. I placed my order, it was confirmed and I went back to the site to make sure my size was sold out (it was the last size 11) so their would be no chance of a "over sold stock" situation.....4 days later I get an email saying my order was canceled due to over selling of stock. I contacted customer service via phone twice, left a message and no one returned my call. I also sent an email and still no one returned my call or email. They have no intentions of taking care of their customers. Super disappointed. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING THEIR AGAIN. There are tons of great online retailers and stores that provide better customer service, I will take my business their.

As bad as Toronto store. The employees are so rude they just threw shoes to you like they are rubbish. And full of lies. I don't know when did us as customers have to please the servers to make them happy? There are other stores online or in city, this store will be the last one I will go to and I will recommend my friends go to.

Spoke to an incredibly rude salesperson named Racha at the Downtown Montreal location on the phone. She laughed when I asked to speak to the manager, saying he was on vacation until the end of the month and that there was no one I could speak to; that she 'was the manager'. She interrupted me and put me on hold several times with no explanation. She refused to give me any kind of contact information for a supervisor. She laughed when I asked her to refer to me as 'vous' instead of 'tu' and hung up on me. As a client i am appalled i had to suffer such an unwarrented disdainful and petty attitude just to get a product I need.

12 june i bought pair of Nike Air Zoom LWP Store located in Notre Dame Basically problem is laces are coming out inside of the shoes and it hurting my foots i went back right away to explain the problem and they didnt except it because it was worn out for only 1 hour. All they say call Nike costumer service but im sure they know what the Nike will say pay it 200$ for nothing never going back to this store again
