Erbert and Gerberts

Horrible customer service. I went in to try to get some work done and was the only customer. The staff talked very loudly about other customers, how much they made in tips, bad mouthed others they knew and one talked openly about someone close to her throwing up. They also talked about people sending shirtless snap chats. I am aware I was working in a public space but the nature and time of their conversations was beyond innapropiate. They also used their cell phones right next to the food. One joked about lowering their voices so they don't get anther noise complaint. I will never go back. Really need some more mature staff.

Hi, I went to your Hudson store in Wisconsin. I was greeted nicely. I went their around 7 on Friday the February 2nd and stayed about half hour. While i was eating there I have noticed some stuff that happened. There was a girl named Sumaiya. That’s what she told me when I asked her. She was very sweet and doing most of the work at the store. When she was making my sandwich, there was an another girl with blonde hair working. That blonde girl literally grabbed her from making my sandwich and told her to bag someone else’s sandwich where she could’ve done by herself. But she chose to grab Sumaiya to do that. I think that inappropriate to me. And I also think she being little bossy to Sumaiya and ordering her what she needs to do. I am pretty sure Sumaiya knew what to do. And as I was eating my sandwich, I have seen Sumaiya was stocking and cleaning other stuff while other 2 employees just sitting at the back and on their phone. When Sumaiya was cleaning and stocking I asked her name. I think management should should look into to it carefully because I don’t think just 1 person shouldn’t do all the work. And I thought I will let you guys know. Thank you so much.

I love the sandwiches and soup from here. I would have liked to give more stars but 20 minutes after placing an order online I received a phone call saying the deliver driver would not be in until 4 which was over an hour away. I decided to wait for them to deliver my food. Hoping it’s not too much after 4 now that I am extremely hungry. This business is based on deliver or at least every other store so how can it be so under staffed to not have a deliver driver.

We love to order lunch from Erberts! In the winter we'll get soups (they have a huge selection, so everyone in our office can get their favorite). In the warmer months we get the subs. Service is always fast and friendly, their delivery is fantastic as well.
