Sample a taste of the islands at the San Pedro Café, located in historic downtown Hudson, Wis., just 15 minutes east of St. Paul. Fresh, smoky and spicy Caribbean creations for breakfast, lunch and dinner are handcrafted in the restaurant’s wood-fired brick oven. Recently remodeled, San Pedro Café features an award-winning wine list, exotic rum and tequila, as well as signature cocktails at the restaurant’s new 36 foot long Brazilian Granite bar. In addition to its tropical interior, including a 100-gallon salt water aquarium, San Pedro Café’s two-tier patio features intimate seating, a Caribbean “garden” and soothing stone water feature. Always Great!
The food and service are always top notch. I've been going to San Pedro Cafe for breakfast on the weekend for years and have never had a bad experience. The place has great ambience and the menu is fantastic. I highly recommend it!

Visited last Wednesday night. Started at the bar with their signature drinks. They were great! We were seated. Small hiccup to start as our duck nachos were missed.  We ordered our food and I started with the conch and smoked corn chowder soup. It was delicious. I ordered the Cuban meatloaf and it was just as good. While eating our main course, we decided to order the duck nachos. They're too good to pass up while being there.  We ended by having the chocolate haberno torte for dessert. It's a must order along with the duck nachos.  Overall, our server rebounded and did an excellent job. The manager visited our table as well during the evening.  I couldn't be more pleased with the food, service and drinks. Can't wait to go back again!

The food here is beyond amazing! The staff is extremely nice and quick.  Highly recommend for lunch or dinner.

First time here tonight.  Great staff.  Waitress was pleasant accommodating and attentive.  Food was terrific!

Duck nachos are super cheesy and delicious. I do wish there was a bit more duck though.  Wife and I split the mahi mahi which was quite tasty.  Drinks were perfect as was the service.
