Green Mill Restaurant & Bar

We order to-go frequently from this green mill. I always order the same pizza, when our food arrived our x-large old world pizza was super small. When you pay $20.00 for an x-large an x-large pizza should arrive. I was thoroughly disappointed. Then when I called to speak to a manager he was insanely rude trying to "make sure I knew what I ordered" I knew exactly what I had ordered and it definitely was not what I received. He finally apologized and said he would send me a $20.00 gift card to have the next one on them. He verified my name and address and said it would be there in 2 days...well it's been almost 2 months and it still hasn't arrived. Extremely poor customer service at this green mill.

Loved it! I hadn't been here since I was maybe 10 years old the girlfriend got a gift card for Christmas and she ordered fish the walleye was on point! Lots of flavor , enjoyed what i ordered as well. We will def be back sooner than later , no complaints at all service and food were great!!!

While the service may be good if you dine in, we have never had luck with online/takeout ordering. Something is always missing or wrong with the salad I order. It's a simple Caesar salad and they never get it right and each time blame it on new people now knowing any better. You're only as good as your trainer so they obviously aren't being trained properly which then falls back on the management. Just make sure you check your order before walking out with it if you choose to do takeout and if they are delivering to you call your order in and request someone makes sure it is correct before they bring it to you!

Started off by ordering a bloody marry, it was only V8 juice and vodka. Disappointed there. Ordered the deep dish pizza and was expecting a "deep dish" style pizza. What we got was sauce on bread. Wait staff was poor. Waited to get another drink for about 20 min. All in all, at the end of the day the only thing that I enjoyed was my soda.

I've only ever come here for lunch (so far) and I've always ordered the Lobster Mac off the lunch menu. No complaints - service was prompt and as to be expected, the food was satisfying. I'm sure I'll be back.
