Noodles and Company

It’s sad that the line worker care more about what is serve than the manager. I order the Curry Thai Shrimp with extra shrimp. The dish came out so dry and noodles all stuck together. I addressed the matter with a line staff and he was appreciative of it and corrected it. The next time I went back. Same product. Nasty. When I ask to speak to a manger, she stated she made it and it’s done correctly. I showed her noodles all stuck together. She said next time you’ll have to pay for extra sauce. I was shock. I told her. It’s not up to my standard for how much I paid for this dish, nor can this be up to the standard of noodles and company. Please can a district manager contact me. I’d love to talk to one.

Rude, rude, rude manager. She does not care about the customer at all. Two days in a row I have come here and both times she was extremely unhelpful and condescending. I hate to say it, but now when I go in there it is extremely uncomfortable. She needs a to get rid of that chip on her shoulder and do her job. Reading some of these other reviews, I can see I’m not the only person who has had a problem with her. N&C should probably figure this out, otherwise they will continue to lose customers at this location.

Pad Thai was good. Best restaurant I've ate at so far in this strip mall. One weird thing: waitress on autopilot immediately got my silverware despite the fact I was in the process of getting up to get it myself. I have no problems getting things on my own, but this was just kinda weird. Nice, but weird.

Terrible! Bad service, dirty restaurant, broken equipment. This place is worth passing up. I’ll never eat here again. A full staff that cannot bus tables or keep drink counter running and stocked. But rest assured that all of these employees have their cellphones in hand. Time to make some serious adjustments in both management and crew. This place is a disaster. I’ve never eaten at a noodles and company with so much disappointment.

First time there & I loved it. Just wish they had another drink machine cuz the line for that took longer than ordering food.
