Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Every single enterprise I've been with I've always encountered a problem and this one is no different. No other rental company charges you for a chipped windshield except enterprise. Doesnt matter if you have insurance coverage through them they still charge you for a chipped windshield. I would highly recommend not renting a vehicle from Enterprise.

The worst customer service I've experienced in my life. Cold, extremely aggressive language and flat out don't care. Pull out the corporate cards right away when you question fairness and the " This is what you signed, we are telling you what to do. Too bad! " tone. And the actual person who helped me get the car somehow disappeared and went silent. Didn't matter how much I needed the help. Anyways, the money I am charged is tiny -- I just have to take time off work to deal with this small mess. But noted to self this is not the company to use, I will happily pay other companies higher to receive some respect and support. Too bad.

EXCELLENT. My rental was ready immediately. It's was an AUDI, which was ideal because I drive an AUDI, and it was a great ride. Cooper (the gentleman who checked me in) was kind and thorough, and Sinthuran (the gentleman who checked me out) was very accommodating and customer service oriented. I'm very pleased. Thank you.

Good for renting. I have been renting with enterprise for long but this one is great.
