Excellent service. - Great rental car.
Someone picked me up from my home..took me to Upper James location..quick paper work etc.. Gave me choice on a few cars, them was on my way.

Ran outta whipper fluid twice. Each time i went back to get refill with no problem what so ever.

Great staff! Quick, bright n on the ball.. Everything's done EXTREMELY EFFICIENTLY  WELL.

Don’t chose this location 
First car engine light came on  still was a very good car, my second was great with a lot of dog hair all over the back seat .
Last 4 Was very bad. Dirty  No gas in one which was also started to shake at 90km and a flat on the last. A Flat ! Because no sensor came on they sad it’s safe .Total of 6 cars.
Giving away my reserved car is not even worth mentioning. 
Missing membership points and,awkward questions do to paying with cash.
They should focusing more on quality of service ,instead of how well they can explain how much trouble u can get in if u decline their coverage.

Great at taking reservations for a vehicle but struggle with the most important part which is holding the reservation ensuring you get a vehicle and more specifically the type of vehicle
