Employees here are very efficient and friendly. They explained every detail clearly n updated me constantly while I was waiting for my car to be ready. Very good experiences of getting a rental car here.

I really appreciate how the staff at Upper James St. welcomes everyone, they provide excellent customer service, and their cars are really nice. They all rent me brand-new cars, and if you do not know how to get home, they give you a ride. For these reasons, I have promised not to rent from other companies. A special thanks goes out to their manager and management assistant, Jake, Olivia and this guy Agi, you deserve the best as you give it to other people. Love

This location is great. Everyone I dealt with was really nice. Made everything easy. My only complaint was that the vehicle didn't have winter tires, but was told they had no vehicles with winter tires. I made do. The vehicle was still very nice. Thank you for making everything so easy.

In just a few words, I walked in after a bad experience from another rental company. I was welcomed nicely and greeted by Charles. The folks there managed to get me a car despite walking in and no prior booking, nor been a customer before. I was done in less than 10 minutes with a nice Mitsubishi RVR.nCar return was super fast and went smooth.nKudos to the team, and thank you for being last-minute support in my few hours in Hamilton.

I wish there is an option of 0 stars, so we can valuate them the way they deserve it .nIm very old customer of enterprise rent a car and ive never faced any issues, but since i moved to hamilton ive been dealing with them and you can’t imagine the amount of disrespect and attitude they’ve been doing with me .nWhat happen is I rented a car for 1 week than i extended for an other week all was fine till i called them to let them know that ill be returning the car after hours but harpinder employee told me that i ll be charged for an extra day so i told him what if i dropped it one day earlier he said than ill refund you 53$ . So i trusted him and choosed that option , i returned the car on monday after hours while i had to return it on Wednesday at 12:00 pm . The next morning they are sending me a bill with the full week charged , i called i spoke to kisha or tisha she was telling me that u have weekly rate we can’t do anything about it , i explained what her colleague told me than she made me speak to him and he also refused to compensate me or do anything else, so simply i told him that if you dont wanna help with anything ill go and complain to the help line because u lied to me. He hanged up the call and called me from a different number to tell me that if I go complain abt them he will also report me . I felt threatened. And guess what ??? he put me as DO NOT RENT anymore . Why ??? Because i told him ill complain which is my right , he just humiliated me and put a blame on me for being abusive and blocked my account for no reason . While he shoud be apologizing and trying to compensate me with anything he threatened me and lied about everything. Just bcs u work on the counter, you have the power to do everything. Be very vigilant and careful from these employes. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and i trust that enterprise will take the necessary steps to adress these concerns, I want them to listen to our calls from monday 24th February arround 5:30 pm to Tuesday 25th arround 10:00 / 11:00 am,nmy attention is to ensure that other dont have this experience challenges in future…
