Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Worst service ever... waited 45 min to be picked up and then another 45 min for car to ready which was booked in advance. If you have option avoid this location. And worse part is no first come first serve.. It's random.. What an experience.. worse experience ever in life..

Horrible customer service. I made a reservation for a truck with a bed cover or a Suburban SUV and i asked if they could let me know if the vehicle type would not be ready before I dropped my truck at body shop. When I arrived at rental store, they told me my requested vehicle was not ready. I had to take one van and switch to another, smaller SUV that was too small to use as a work truck. Empty apologies and excuses for my inconvenience (their screw up). Will never go back to this location.

I always rent from here. Shabaz the former Manager was friendly helpful and professional. They were able to work with my fleet car company (not easy to do) when I get the company car’s maintenance done. I’m hoping new management is just as good.

Difficult staff argue and repeat themselves instead of listening. Don't call you back when they take a message.

I am VERY disappointed with the service from this company. I had a reservation booked since October and a confirmation call the day before them to confirm the booking (December 27). I waited 40 minutes for a pick up from them on the day of the reservation and then when I arrived at their rental office to fill out the paper work, there were no cars available for rental. The earliest a vehicle would be available would be 2 days from then. REALLY???? Maybe they need to look up the word RESERVATION!!!!
