Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I started renting from this location 2 years ago, and I've never even considered renting anywhere else since. Truly stellar customer service. Maruthan and the rest of the team are always friendly, professional, courteous, and accommodating. I feel like I never need to buy my own car because of how easy the Gateway Enterprise staff make it for me. If you're reading reviews because you're on the fence about renting here, they've never let me down and I have no reason to believe they'd disappoint you either.

I had booked a pickup for today at 10:00 am. No one showed up till 10:20 am. I called at the office to check if someone is coming, they informed that they are coming. Finally after 10:30 i was picked up. Got a car with no gas at all. Since, i was already late for work, i told them that i will get the gas filled on my own. This was my first experience with Enterprise. Not happy at all with the service.

It is hard to give a great review of a car rental place when your city weather has just helped create hundreds of accidents. So if your criteria is a choice of cars no place will satisfy you. My insurance company loves them and I would not be afraid to go back. There service is at least as good as any I have experienced so far.

I do not understand how an organization who's business is vehicle rentals can have such a poor inventory management system! Due to damage caused to my own car by a mechanic I required a last minute rental to get from Edmonton to Fort Saskatchewan and use for work while the shop repaired damage. I booked a car online from downtown and continued about my business until an hour before the confirmed rental time. When I called to arrange a ride I was told there was a shortage of vehicles and no rentals were available: despite having a confirmation for a booking there was 0 inventory available from Enterprise in the Edmonton region. Had I known this I would have called other rental agencies (they were now closed). I had to have a friend drive in to pick me up, make alternative arrangements to get to work (outside the city and not served by transit), and get back to Edmonton when my car repairs were complete. Such poor inventory management from an organization who's business is managing rental inventory is unacceptable.

Helpful staff, got a car through my insurance so I wasn't paying anything. Don't take the added junk they want to give you, it's upsell stuff like every other rental place. Overall really good, clean place and no hassle returning car after almost a month.
