I had an amazing experience here yesterday. I was running quite late on my flight in from Calgary due to turbulence and ended up landing about 30 minutes later than expected. Due to this I arrived at Enterprise within only a few minutes of them closing for the day (they close at noon on Saturday). The assistant manager remained with me a few minutes past close. The service was well above expectations and the assistant manager was incredibly friendly. He had me set up with a car and ready to roll within a few short minutes. This level of service is rare these days and is the sole reason for writing this review. Prices were also far better than I expected. Easily $60 cheaper than anything available at the airport.

Fast and friendly service. Was able to get a ride to and from Enterprise without any delays. The manager was very friendly and personable.

The Enterprise Team was great! Called to arrange pick up at the Nanaimo Ferry Terminal (Departure Bay) and they arrived pretty much the same time as the ferry did. Paperwork done back at the office was quick and efficient. The Jeep accommodated all 5 people and luggage in the group with room to spare. Only downside they were closed the day of return... had to cab it. :(

We have rented a car at Enterprise at least 4 times in different countries and were always super happy with the service which actually made me to write this review. This time we rented in Nanaimo for our trip to Tofino and I have to say the customer service was excellent. Very professional manner and nice behaving, fast check in and check out. They were also able to pick us up (drop us off as well) at the ferry terminal which saved us a plenty of time. Absolutely no issues with the car, we got what we booked. We will definitely stay with this company next time too as their prices are great.
