Hello Wanted to share my experience with Budget in Port Alberni. First, after paying for the rental of their 5 ton truck, I asked to use the washroom. The reply, with a nasty up and down look was: "I guess, just make sure you don't have any accidents." I have actually been toilet trained for over 40 years! I also got charged an extra 19 litres of fuel at over 2$ a litre, (price is at 1.05$/l). The tank has instructions to not fill tank to over 90%. Therefore I filled the tank till the pump stopped. This means full. Looked inside, 90%. I run machinery for a living and have filled many a tank. Against instructions on tank, Budget apparently squeezed in 19 more litres, which would mean they fiiled it right to top. This is obviously a trap. Good luck!
