Received a recall notice for my Jayco trailer. Spoke with them on the phone and they were very accomidating making an appointment right away. Was told the recall would take about 45 min to an hour. Arrived at 8:40am just after they opened and the recall was rectified by 9am. Was on my way out at 9:05am. These people are very professional and extremely helpful. No fuss no muss. In, recall rectified and out in less than half hour. Very impressive. The guy that did the recall repair was most knowledgeable and answered every question I asked. When he was done he asked me to check to make sure the lights work to verify his repair was done accurately. Took a walk around the store before I left and saw that items I was considering buying on the mainland was significantly cheaper. The lady at the front desk was awesome. Big Boys Toys is the place to go for all your RV needs. Will definitely go back. Cheers guys. GOOD JOB!!!

Dale, Larry and all the people at BBT that worked so well to make this purchase a good experience for us. We appreciate everyone's efforts from the time we walked in and talked to Dale through to the final delivery by the service manager to our storage site. Everyone was so polite, courteous and knew their jobs well. The whole process went along smoothly. We love the trailer and are looking forward to getting out in it. Thanks Again. Edith and Alan

Just bought a trailer from Dale Geddes. He is easy going and low pressure. Met most of the staff from the Owner, service manager, parts people and down to the techs. Awesome group. No one's perfect but they seem very invested in making sure things are taken care of. Good job guys.

Just bought my dad a unit from here. They helped with everything and trained my aging father how to maintain it. Good place to deal with
