Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I recently booked a luxury car with Enterprise, expecting a BMW 3 Series or Audi A4 as advertised, but was given a Mercedes CLA instead. While the CLA is nice, it didn’t match the class or quality I paid for, yet I was still charged the full luxury rate. The staff was polite, but I left feeling disappointed that the car provided didn’t meet the advertised standard. I hope Enterprise can be clearer about vehicle categories and ensure customers receive the level they pay for.

Needed a car in a hurry and Enterprise fixed me up in under 10 minutes. Drove the car for 10 days and upon returning the vehicle, it was a quick, efficient return process. Will definitely use them again.

Made a request 1 week in advance only to find out the day of the rental the vehicle requested was not available and that I could have a SUV with a V8 I reserved a van for 5 adults to take a trip. The morning I am to pick up the vehicle I was informed that it was unavailable but I could have a SUV. 1 adult was forced to sit in the very rear with no leg room. If I made a reservation a week prior to my rental why was I only informed 7 days later at 8am when I am picking up a vehicle. I could have made different plans but had no choice at the last minute but to take the SUV and make it work. I didn't have a good experience with this rental and still don't understand why I made a reservation for in the first place.

After my car wouldn’t start, I needed a car the same day for an appointment, so I called the local office. They booked me a midsize car and gave me my loyalty discount. All good, until I showed up 20 mins later and they said they had no car until the next day. I said that I just spoke with someone, at which time they told me I spoke with the call centre who are paid to book vehicles. There was no vehicle. What a shady system to avoid you calling another company. I’m done with Enterprise.

They employees there are always welcoming, friendly and very helpful. They even helped me out at the end in getting my car back to them when I returned it as I was stuck at work!
