Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My experience with Enterprise Belleville was beyond frustrating; it was infuriating. After my insurer arranged a rental with them, I promptly received confirmation from a representative that a car would be ready for my appointment. However, on the day, despite calling ahead as instructed, no car was delivered. After multiple calls and a 45-minute wait, a representative informed me that no cars were available. When I expressed my frustration, the response was dismissive, and I was even hung up on. This level of customer service is unacceptable, leaving me fuming and without a car, despite their earlier assurances. I am deeply disappointed and urge others to be cautious when choosing this location.

I once rented a car here and was given a vehicle that was about 4 years old with approximately 60,000 km on it. The car had serious safety issues, including damaged panels and a chipped/damaged non-OEM windshield, which the staff dismissed as unimportant. I paid the price and I would not recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car in USA or Canada, as a result.

Once again Enterprise failed. I called their office this morning thinking that I was calling the local Belleville office. I was offered either a full size or smaller car. I asked for a compact car for 24 hours Dec 10-11, 3pm-3pm. An hour later I was called from the Belleville office to inform me that they have NO car available for either today or tomorrow. So I started over and got a car from their competition. The last time I had to use Enterprise, was thru insurance. They pre-rented the car for me to coincide with the autobody company. I had to wait over a week for them to get me a car rental, so my repair was also delayed. Don't waster your time and book with another company

The staff at Belleville Enterprise were all so helpful. This has been the best experience with a car rental place I’ve ever had. I’ll be back next week for another rental.
