I made a booking and wanted to make use of their pick-up service but i'm been calling their office for the last 7 hrs but i can't reach a representative. Each time i get the "All of our representatives are busy.." line and after 2 mins of waiting, it drops the call EACH TIME. I've now called 13 times.  They desperately need to improve their service.

This is not the first time I've rented from here, my previous time, i had a similar experience. At least they answered the phone after half a dozen calls last time.

This half my review. I was there for 20 mins, door was lokked and sign said that be back in 10 mins. I got tired of waiting so I left. So this review is not full because I did not get to live it.

I had an accident and my insurance suggested this place. I was told to go in 30 min and they would have a vehicle ready for me. I went an hour later and was told they had no information and no car available for me. I checked with my insurance company and they verified my info was sent to their central booking office. The girl working there didn't even attempt to check their central booking office. I was without a vehicle and had to get a friend to drive me all the way over there for nothing. I was later contacted and told I would be picked up at 4:30pm, the driver didn't even show up. Nobody even called me to say he would be late. I tried calling multiple times between 4:45-5pm and they didn't answer the phone. Horrible customer service. Very unorganized.

I ordered a van three weeks ago with hand controls so i could visit family for Christmas. I called today to pick it up and they said i didn't order one with hand controls. They said they could get one next week but it takes time to get one with hand controls to their office. That was why I called three weeks ago.
