A true family holiday on the lower Trent River, located 5 miles south east of Campbellford between lock 7 & 8 with over 7 miles of water for fishing & play.

Jake's Cottages is well known for its excellent Spring, Summer and Fall fishing - quiet, relaxing atmosphere - good company and friendly service.

Spent a weekend at Jake's. The cottage was a bit dated, but clean!! Kids were afraid paint might falling off the ceiling, of course not thing happened!!... Based on the rates and flexible dates in the summer, definitely will go back again. There's a little playground for kids too. ...Next time will add camping chairs on the checklist too. No mosquito during the day, but got a few bumps at night right beside the fire pit! Beautiful place!

I visit Jake's cottages at least once a year. Les is a great host and this adds to the overall experience. The cabins are always clean and boats are well maintained. Look forward to my next visit. Thanks again Les!!!

Nice cottages, great fishing, good boat engines. Les is incredible and knows how to make you feel welcomed..kids loved the experience.I will definitely be back.

We have been going up to Jake's Cottages for several years and really enjoy our time there. We specifically go to Jake's for a fishing weekend and are never disappointed. Les and Jan are great people who care about their clients and provide a great place to just spend a quiet and relaxing time with the family.

Lovely spot. Very picturesque. Abundant fishing opportunities. Friendly, serene and cabins provide all the raw materials needed.
