They were very helpful to a friend when she bought windshield wiper blades when one of hers broke. he even installed them for her, during a storm. She was so thankful for their ener&envy help.
We have purchased 3 vehicles here, and have had the BEST sales experience ever. Honest, friendly, and no pressure! They also went above and beyond when it came to delivery as we had a trip planned and they made sure the vehicle was ready for us to take possession in 2 days! FANTASTIC!!! And auto parts? Well they have the best prices for miles and quick delivery if not in stock.
Extremely unprofessional. My partner got approved for a car, they even sent the payment schedule to us. We then went in to sign the papers and they sold the car after telling us it was ours, even sending us the payment schedule!!! I do NOT recommend this place. They lack morals and basic human decency. Shame on them. Don’t support this business.
Heard of this place from a friend, when I needed a wheel bearing and ABS sensor. Great staff, large selection of components and the best price I have been able to find anywhere. They didn't have the base level part in stock when I stopped in, so they offered me a replacement part with a longer warranty for the same price for the inconvenience. $100.00 price difference. I didn't take them up on the offer and waited for the part I ordered since I wasn't in a hurry and businesses need all the help they can get in today's environment. Will definitely use then in the future.
Got a great car for my son a few weeks ago. Price was on point, and they offer an unbeatable warranty package. Great reputation in town for being honest. Would buy from them again.
I had nothing but awful dealings with them. I was in an accident and was very interested in one of their cars, when I test drove it, it had a sound and my friend mentioned it to them and Earl stated it was because it was turbo..I finally got the car told it was certified and safetied and I drove it home and the engine light was on the next morning. After that I requested my 30 day inspection…every detail I stated that was wrong brutal windshield etc was ignored and they had my car for over a week ..note i drove there and back for over an hour, after I got my car back and they said the engine light was cleared I asked them to put my tires on rims, earl again was useless and knew nothing. Flashback to 9 months later I took it to my mechanic and the engine was blown…..it was safetied falsely and I am disgusted by all of it. Do not trust these men. Please…I paid 7000$ for a car that has now cost me 2600 they are liars. I have proof of all this from my mechanic and them.
Good parts selection with good pricing. Busy place with courteous staff. Its an autoparts store so what else would you expect.
Great service. When we looked at test driving a car they were very helpful. I asked to take it to my own mechanic and they gave the car to me for over 2 hours and handed me 20 dollars for gas. After the purchase we had a small problem with the sound equipment which they called the VW dealer and paid to get it fixed that day at no charge. Very honest and true to their word. I will definitely go back to get another car for my other children.
Outstanding Service! Was recommended by the local Service Ontario in Madoc...have an old truck that needed an appraisal before transfer. Zipped down and met Dan. The shop is busier than heck! They greeted me like nobody else was in the building, figured out what we needed to do...and an hour later I had my vehicle appraisal. They earned my business - and I appreciate it! Love this place! Great variety of quality used vehicles, which I always have to have a look with my dad while I'm in the area visiting. Great affordable prices on everything automotive related. We don't buy our parts from anywhere else. They can't be beat! Great friendly service and staff are always at the counter ready to greet customers. Fast and reliable service. By far my favorite parts place!
