After having problems with Budget at the Toronto Airport, we brought our rental vehicle to Budget in Belleville. The gentleman behind the counter, upon learning of the situation, was quick to act and determined to make it right. Not only did he offer to get us a new vehicle that better suited our needs, he offered an upgraded vehicle to help smooth things over. The gentleman we spoke with was efficient, courteous and certainly customer-centric. Will be renting from this location for all future visits.

So tomorrow I have to return my rental. There was a little mix up picking up a car on Friday but the problem was resolved immediately! I want to thank the person that looked after me..Because of my situation I was treated with great respect and my car was upgraded as mine was not in at the time. It was a bonus for me! I got to take a brand new BMW to London to visit my daughter! I don't want to return it tomorrow! Thanks again for everything! My trip was amazing and I got to drive in style! Definitely would recommend this company! Also the rates were cheaper than other places!

TJ at the front desk was EXTREMELY helpful, professional, and polite. He called to make sure we were still in need of the rental (we were late in arriving to pick it up) and then had everything ready for a fast rental. The car is in great shape and he was able to switch our date to accommodate us, with a smile! We will definitely use Budget when we are in Canada next summer!

Cheap and great service. 4 other rental places I called did not have any cars available and they were the big guys too like enterprise and stuff.
