Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This is a great location- very friendly and helpful staff. They helped me out last minute when I needed a rental to get home and were very accommodating. I’d like to give a specific 5 star review to Kirk Taylor who went out of his way to help me out

My car went in for a bumper replacement and the shop handled the reservation of a car for me the week before I needed it. I woke up to a call from enterprise asking if they could get me a car later on in the day, which wouldn't work for me because I have a job to get to. Fast forward to being in the shop only to find out no car is there for me at all. Whoever is working in reservations also needs a to take a class in customer service. No apology was issued and very quick to get off the phone. In fact, I didn't even learn that they weren't able to provide me a car from anyone who works there. Do yourselves a favour and go with Bristol (also in Orangeville), prompt and polite service. I ended up getting a car from them and won't be using or recommending enterprise in Orangeville to anyone.

Have rented here a couple of times in the past couple of years and have been thrilled every time. The process is super easy. Got picked up within minutes and they had me on the road just as fast. Great location, great staff. Highly recommend.

Came here a while ago when my insurance company recommended them to me after an accident that was deemed 100% not my fault and my car was totalled, only to be laughed at and told there's no way I could rent a car being a young driver with no credit card. I tried to explain to them what happened and that the insurance company would be paying for everything. They still told me there's no way. I commute to work every day so I went down the road to Bristol Rentals who were very nice and gave me a car on the spot, even though I am under 21 and have no credit card. They spoke with my insurance company on the phone and sorted everything out! I do not recommend this company, at least not the Orangeville location.

very helpful staff, accommodated my extension of my car rental without a hassle. I felt I got a fair price and a reliable car.
