Elmsdale Animal Hospital

Our dog got sick with what we thought was another bout of pancreatitis. Called and told them the situation and they said they were fully booked but would try to squeeze our boy in. They did see him and after an x-ray determined it was not a flare up but a huge tumour. A very unexpected, traumatic scenario for our family , the clinic was close to closing but made no mention of that, only concerned with allowing us to take our time weighing options and to say goodbye.nThe compassion we felt from every member of the staff was palpable. We now have a puppy and they have been amazing every visit ensuring our newest family member is happy and healthy.

Front desk staff were courteous and attentive. Made me and Charlie feel at ease. The vet was very helpful and explained options and practices in a simple manner. A very profession but relaxed atmosphere!

The people who work here deserve as much love and compassion as I and my animals have received every time we have needed them over the past few years. I don't have the vocabulary to describe how fantastic they all are and have been not only with keeping my boys going, but after our loss as well. Came for the cheaper appointments, will be returning for the staff. Thank you so much EAH

Love the whole crew working here and can not thank them enough.nI'm sure with all the questions an stuff one would think I drive them crazy but they are ALL so willing to help even if it's advice over the phone. They are very loving and kind to my babies when they come and always get treated like they are apart of the elmsdale vet family oxoxo highly recommend and highly appreciated !!!

Was recommended here by a friend since I live in the area anyway and have been having issues with my dog's skin. Dr. Bond, Jenecca and the other tech whos name I forgot-sorry!! who helped, were great with my dog. They made a stressful experience for her much more calm, safe and smooth. She was treated like a princess and not stereotyped for her breed. We have been at her issues for over a year and I finally feel like we may get some real answers soon. The staff seem to have a great hold on working as a team to get the job done well and that's something a lot of clinics don't have. Dr. Bond was very thorough and took the time to explain possibilities to me as well as treating issues 2 others overlooked. I'm really happy with my decision to switch and hopeful for the future health of my girl. Quality care close to home.
