Elegance Auto Spa - Car Detailing Ottawa

I went to get my car tinted yesterday at Elegance Auto Spa. Ahmad did an amazing job and went above and beyond for me. He was very polite and professional and reassured me about all my concerns and questions. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality job done at a affordable price.

Schedule an appointment and got a call to confirm, which was nice. Dropped off my car, with no problem. Great! About an hour I later get a call saying they are running behind and I can't pick my car up until 3 hours after the time they said. Regrettable but these things happen. Get another call 2 hours later saying my car " didn't qualify for the package agreed on ,and cleaning my car would take five hours and more expensive package and I need to reschedule. FYI I cleaned it before i took it to him, nothing out of the ordinary. Nice guy but after spend 45 minutes in an uber on friday in rush hour traffic to pick up may car that hasn't been cleaned i won't be going back!

I got reffered by my friend and i have to say that my experience with them was great, there was a small bubble on my window and they took care of it right away ever since i had not seen a single bubble on my windows. Great detailer and great tinters work in there

Small shop with a great experience, if you want OCD detailer then contact Naz you will not regret.

I was looking for a reliable car detailer in Ottawa. With so many options on the market I stumbled upon Elegance Auto Spa while googling. Their online booking is very convenient and im very satisfied with the job performed on my Suv. Definitely recommend this place.
