I was looking to get a rear bumper replaced on my 2014 Dodge Journey. Nothing fancy I know but I had been jerked around by Assured Auto really bad and was left with my car not fixed. Called Autocentrics. They found me a much more stylish used bumper. Painted it to match. The install was impeccable. The care and time and overall quality they put into literally everything they do is outstanding. Have recently scheduled a quick rear brake job for my other SUV and they gladly fit me in for end of this week! I honestly couldn't ask for a better company to deal with overall!! I had reached out to Greg and his team back in July 2022 when I purchased a campervan from Quebec. Before I bought the campervan, it was brought to an independent garage for inspection; the mechanic said the van was good to go. I bring it back to Ontario to register and safety, and long story short it wasn’t. I reached out to 6 body shops to work on my 2005 GMC Safari to replace the Radiator Core Support that had rusted out. Several shops never returned my messages. I went to the three other shops for an estimate, waited a day, was told they were going to get back to me with an estimate, and they never followed up I chased them for a few days, and no one would return my call. Only one body shop was willing to say they couldn’t perform the work, but they offer me a few solutions to call around, which is how I heard about Autocentrics. After walking into Greg’s shop, he had a few automotive pieces displayed in the waiting area, and it gave me hope that i found a skilled and experienced shop. Greg was willing to work with me on replacing this part, and allowed me to source it out they are difficult to find that isn’t fully rusted in Canada and it took me a few months to find one. When I found a donor vehicle I could salvage the part from, I was able to send Greg photos to get his opinion, and he helped provide some guidance on how I could clean up the Radiator Core Support. I was able to do some of the work myself; sanding, priming, and painting. Greg and his team did the technical part that was way beyond my skill; dissembled the van’s whole front end, cut out the old radiator core support and welded the new one in. He cleaned up some rusty areas around the ladder frame and painted them. I was able to bring my car to a regular garage and finish the rest of the small repairs needed. Finally, I have an Ontario safety certificate in hand, and was able to register and plate the camper van in Ontario. My only negative thing I could find about this shop was the wait to get servicing done. This isn’t Autocentrics fault, but rather, they are truly one of the last body shops in the Ottawa area that have the skill set and knowledge how to do this kind of work. I learned that a lot of other body shops only wanted to work on new cars because they have more “plug and play” pieces. Old vehicles require more attention, and it’s quite apparent that Greg and his team do what they do because they are truly passionate about their trade. This is really rare to see these days. Autocentrics is busy they seem to have a lot of demand, but it’s because they do great work and watching other customers in the waiting room, they all seemed to be very satisfied. One example I saw was when I got my camper van back, i know I missing a screw already in one of my headlights, but they put a new one in there once everything was reassembled. Small touches and attention to care like that are greatly appreciated. Greg is a stand up individual, and he shared a lot of insight about my campervan that I had not realized before “It’s not my dream camper van, but it’s the camper van that lets me live my dreams”, so I found this to be a great personal touch. He even shared a story about his brother owning the same campervan as I did. I wish I took a photo of another vehicle his team finished working on when I picked up my van. They had finished the body work and paint on an old ice cream truck that another client wanted to restore out of sentimental value. The work looked great, and they had to remove SOOO much rust. There was some damage on both my front and back bumpers of my Toyota Matrix. I store my car in an underground garage and I scraped both bumpers while exiting. I went through the trouble of asking other garages for quotes to paint the bumpers and hands down, Autocentrics came back with the best quote. It was also super easy and straight-forward dealing with Greg. He was responsive with his emails and kept me informed of the process. The final finished product looks like brand new. Greg and his team repaired my car and I'm really happy with quality and their professional level. They helped me to save my money repairing my front bumper and fixed some small parts that could cost me a lot. Color matching was perfect. They made the installation really quickly and I can't see any issues at all. Also, the estimate that they gave me for the repair just killed all other companies in the area and I did not pay anything in addition after the repair was completed. I really appreciate their honest and professional service. I definitely recommend these guys. I have a few more things related to rust that I wanted to fix in my car and I know that I will not even try to find someone else.

Greg and his team are very friendly, trustworthy, price is reasonable and work is done with great craftsmanship, like new. If you see a body shop that is passionate for vintage car restoration, you know they are proud of their work. Highly recommend.

I've had body work, collision repair, and even exhaust repair done by Autocentrics. They did excellent work each time, Greg was extremely friendly and professional, and the price was very competitive. I was particularly impressed with their willingness to fit me in on a tight schedule and to get the work done on time.

Greg and his staff do excellent work. Period. And that is why you want to bring your vehicles to his shop. Restores vehicles back to mint. I had my F250 repainted and the bumpers repaired and repainted and they looked like new. His prices are extremely competitive. You won't find better work and for one of the best prices in town. Highly recommend.
