I waited more than 30 mins on car wash line in the cold winter then I was told car wash closed and I have to went to another store. Really bad experience

I filled up one of my vehicles, then went into pay and get a couple of lottery tickets for the upcoming draws. The gentleman in front of me was an older gentleman of Middle Eastern heritage and was treated with great patience, being addressed as "Sir." After the gentleman in front of me was served, I was referred to as "Buddy" several times as I asked to pay for my fuel, and two quick-pick lottery tickets. I paid with a $100 bill to which Amir (the attendant) rolled his eyes and placing my change on the counter along with the lottery tickets. I thought really nothing of it until the gentleman who was behind me was of a visible Asian heritage and was addressed as "Sir" and asked how he was doing as I was leaving. I find this a little irregular considering the inconsistencies of address towards myself being a visible Caucasian. I may wear a hoodies and jeans, but not the address that should be directed towards anyone in a customer service environment. I would be curious to the response of Mr. Amir if I were to refer to him as "buddy" after addressing all other patients in a more professional tone if he were to enter my office. I had not planned on writing a review, until I read another reviewers experience of racism by this same individual. No person regardless should be treated with less respect than any other. I will be taking further action in regards to this event, behaviour and complaint to SOPUS and will ceetainly not be returning to this location unless changes are made. I still have my receipt with date, time, transaction number and so forth, therefore based on the video surveillance, this story can be substantiated.

Amir the cashier is a racist. I was taking my time to grab a few snacks for my daughter and I and he came up to us saying do you guys need any help I replied no. So we go about our day picking a few items we payed for them and then right when we were heading out he went to go lock the door and he grabbed my daughter saying that we were stealing and that he needed to search her to see if she had any items he touched her in the private parts. I will be suing!

Denied me service because I didn't have an ID? I'm 24 6'5 with a full beard and he said I look to young to be able to bet? The worst part is Mr.Amir when I gave him my $20 bill and then I told him I must have left it at home he threw it at me and said move on... this guy needs to get fired

Car wash was broken when I went in and the person working refused to give me a pass I could use the next day (my pass was only valid for the day). You are forced to drive to another location if the car wash is not working.
