They scratched the car all over using old, unclean, and worn out equipment. When approached by telephone asking about liability insurance, their secretary hung up on me. When approached a second time, bringing up the better business bureau, they told me they did not have any insurance on the store and that I was out of luck, when asking to speak to the owner, he had mysteriously left yesterday for a 2 month vacation. Avoid this place like the plague.

I brought my car in for a complete clean up as I had a dog that recently vomited in the backseat and a 5-year build-up of salt stains that was rock hard. They did a fantastic job, removed all the salt stains. My 15 year old car now feels and smells like a new car. They were courteous and professional. I was really happy with the service.

Brought my minivan to Young's yesterday ( it was filthy inside and out ). When I picked it up I was amazed, it looked better than I have ever seen. Having paid considerably more at another detailing shop to have my daughter's SUV cleaned and not been pleased with the results, I will recommend Youngs's to all my friends and family.
