As I can see many people are complaining about their car wash. Not only the quality of the car wash center is bad it is broken most of the time. This year alone it was out of service since Jan 5th till Jan 12th. When I approached the attendant they were upfront to say it’s not their fault and were not ready to provide replacement car wash. I paid in full for 90 days & it’s not right for me to drive to other locations in this weather. Since I was only a few days into my pass I asked for a refund but was declined. I was asked to call shell which I tried but no one answers and wait time is ridicules. I have sent 2 e mails to shell without any reply. This was the last time I bought anything from shell. Worst customer service ever !!! The least they can do is reply to my e mail. Don’t go to this place if they can sell the card they should be able to able to give refund if their service is down for an extended period of time !!!

If ur planning to have a 3 months ultimate car wash just save ur money on that and learn from my mistake the car wash is a old one and always having problem the door doesn't close the jet in the enterance depends on the mood once it works some other time doesn't it's a warning and save ur money not worth it ...

Avoid this location if you can and definitely DO NOT BUY THE CARWASH PASS. It sounds like a good deal especially for winter but their carwash is closed for days at a time. When it is open, be prepared to wait 30+ minutes. If it breaks down when you're already in the bay, good luck getting help from them. Customer service is non-existent. The evening attendant, Fouad, looks like he hates his job and he takes it out on customers. To say he gets hostile would be an understatement.

I live in Nepean and bought Shell Car wash for the season in Mid Dec 2017. Since then this car wash (2950 Woodroffe Ave) has been closed most of the days. I would say 75% of the time since Mid Dec 2017 the cae wash was broken. When inquire with the gas station staff they misbehave and shouting that it's not their problem and go to the next gas station which is 30KM (round trip) from this gas station. I am very very disappointed, frustrated and angry with SHELL. I will never ever buy SHELL and will urge everyone no business with SHELL.

Bought the wash card wash bay allways out of order all the time next time petro Canada card. NEVER AGAIN 👎👎👎👎👎
