Be careful, bought a tv Rca 4k 50" suposebly new and after 1 year and a half, stop working. The guy on the phone was so arrogant. Now, the Consumer's protection is on the case because there is a another law called the Quebec warranty law which is applied after the manufacturer's 1 year warranty. We are gonna go to court. Don't buy from them ! Bunch of scammers.
I went to price buster to purchase gifts. I was extremely surprised following the reviews that I have read. I purchased tv’s, racks, and many electronic devices and honestly, I truly can’t complain. I was reluctant to go at first, but honestly very happy I went with my gut. Excellent prices, everything I purchased functions and has not failed me. The store owner, I assume was the store owner, served me and guided me exactly in what I needed. I do recommend price buster versus going paying astronomical prices for the same products sold. I was not spoken badly nor in a disrespectful manner. Being a polite woman, I strongly believe what you give, you receive. I have been back since my last purchase prior to Christmas and shall keep going back. Thank you price buster!
Don't put your money on risk. This guys are so arrogant. They insulted me. Thank God I opened the box outside and the stuff wasn't complete, used, and in very bad condition. It was a purchase of 402 cad. I went back to the store right away and the owner was insulting another guy. The owner told me I will give your money back and you will go out of my store. Very bad experience. People don't go there!.
I wish there was a way to put 0 stars. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! Doesn't know his own stock and sells used/return stuff as new. Went back to explain that the preopen box had only 3 spacers instead of 4 for my wall mount and the owner began shouting, threatening to call the police and pushed me out of the store. FOR ASKING A QUESTION?!?! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AND SOOOOOO GLAD I DIDN'T GO AHEAD WITH BUYING THEIR 85" TV. Spend your money elsewhere and save yourself the added headaches. Not worth the minor savings. Wish I read and listened all the other NEGATIVE reviews from this place prior to even stepping into his place. NEVER GOING BACK!!!
Worst place ever. The man running that store is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in business. I asked him a question and he looked at me like I was disgusting and walked away from me. I felt like I was bothering him to know the prices of his items. Which I’m pretty sure the half are counterfeit. I will never step foot in this place again as long as it’s runned by him. VERY RUDE!!!!!!!
The owner of the Jean-Talon store are very dishonest, uncooperative, inconsiderate and not very understanding. I had purchased a Proscan Tablet from the Distribution Price Buster in Brossard on 24 Dec 2014. A month late, the caps lock key was broken, despite very little usage of the tablet. I take it back with the 30 days limit and the sales agent had given me a credit note, in the amount of $172.05 and said that I had six months to use it and the purchase made with the credit note would be a final sale. Thereafter, i had returned to the Brossard store a few times, asking for the Samsung Galaxy, that was advertised in 24hrs newspaper. Each time, the store owner kept saying that he did not have it. At one point I had left my name number and requested to be called when he had the advertised Samsung. After a few months, the store had closed. There was no contact, except for the one store on the Metropolitan, which is quite far. Nonetheless, I had contacted this store and they had advised that the credit not could only be used at the store that the note was issued and that the store in Brossard was moved to Jean-Talon. I contacted the store and spoke to the Mangaer and he had advised to speak to Karim, who spoke good English. In speaking to Karim, he had mentioned that he could not do anything, eventhough he has copy of the note, unless I have the credit note because if someone else comes with the note, the store will be in trouble. I offered that I will submit an attestation regarding the credit note, he responded with he was not able to understand what I was saying. On 19 June 2015, I went to the store, to buy a couple gits for my wife and son, as my wife was leaving town for week and it was my son's birthday. Unfortunately, Karim was not there. I presented a letter explaining that the note is lost for good to the store owner, which attested to the fact that I was the only person utilizing the copy of the credit note and that what ever identification needed would be provided. I was told that Karim is out sick and that he would come in Sunday. Furthermore, the store owner remembered all the details surrounding the credit note, including that it was me who had done the return. He still refused to honour my letter and my attestation. On 21 June 2015, I went again to the store. Again Karim was not there. Travelling twice to Jean-Talon, which is far and time consuming, I was a little perturbed. I tried to talk and reason with the store owner, but he refused to talk. Instead he started shouting and called the police. He almost pushed me out the store.When the police came, he was asked to the copy of the credit note, he said he did not have it. As we were leaving, he had taken out and showed it to the police. All the police could do was to advise to go to civil court. Now I realize it is my mistake which was not done on purpose and I am out $172.05 and a tablet. The owners know very well that I have made the purchase of the tablet and returned it. Despite having a copy of the note, along with my letter of attestation, the owners refuse to honour the credit note. They have indicated that they will increase the time limit from 6 months to a year to use the note. Commonsense dictates that, even if I had the credit note and used it, the original and the copy get stamped cancelled. The same can be applied to the copy, in the absence of the original. Furthermore, the store owners remember who I am, so it is obvious that, if someone else finds the original, after the copy is cancelled, the store owners will know that the persons bringing the note did not make the purchase and they have a letter attached to the note, which helps to protect the store owners. All I want is to be allowed to use the copy of the credit note and add the difference to obtain the Samsung Galaxy 16GB, 10", quad pro, for my son's birthday present.
Very rude staff! I asked for my money back because the item was dysfunctional and they didn't want to they started insulting me and I end up out of the store with the same item. Yes the prices are low but its not worth more then that.
Had to go so many times to change phone from a note 5 to a note 7 then found out it’s explosive, and then the guy tried to lie to us and told us not to update it. All the phones that we bought were used and scratched, beside the note 7, then we switched phones again to an S7 and a S5 Neo. I do not recommend this place, workers are unkind and liars.
When i explained that the microwave i bought was not leveled, the store clerk was very rude letting me know that he had sold more than 200 of them and it was the first time he heard this. He didnt even want me to show it. Had to exchange for another one. Dont go there as they give bad customer services.
The worst place ever. The person Oren who works there has a very bad attitude with the customers. I have never seen somebody screaming at the customers who want to get informed about their products.
