Eggette Hut

We got their Purple Yam Eggette. We normally get the Original Bubble Waffle but we decided to try something new this time! The Hong Kong style Bubble Waffle was soft in the inside, could have been crispier on the outside, but each of the Bubble came loaded with Purple Yam, so the sweetness was also perfect!

Fresh bubble waffles with many different unique flavours. Love the variety of flavours you can choose from. They are generous with their toppings as they put a big amount of your desired ingredient into every bubble in the waffle. You can also get a drink as a combo with ur bubble waffle for an extra $2-4.

A classic HK street food snack. Don't you love it when food is able to bring back warm memories of favourite yesterdays. The location is busy and popular. Like the old saying goes, a happy customer is a return customer. You will know what I mean when you see the lineup....but trust me...it is worth it. I went with the original / regular version because it is the classic. However, you can choose some different flavours. I ordered Qty#4 of the egg waffles and it came with qty#2 drinks as well. I went with the lemon tea cold . It was enjoyable as well. The service is efficient and friendly. And you HAVE to try the Tip "robot". It is too hilarious....you will know what I mean when you leave a tip. Give them a try and let us all know what your thoughts are.

I was at First Markham Place and saw a queue for this place so I decided to try it. I couldn't decide on which flavour to try they have a variety and ended up getting the original. I also got the grapefruit green tea and the lemon iced tea. 1 Original Egglet The egg waffles came after about five minutes it was quite busy and the lady said it would take around that time. They had a heat lamp to keep it nice and warm. They were soft and tasty and I wish I got another one with filling I saw a lot of people getting the mochi and the strawberry one as well. 2 Grapefruit Green Tea The grapefruit green tea had a good flavour but even though I asked for less sugar, I still found it to be sweet. It comes with coconut jelly. 3 Lemon Iced Tea I enjoyed this drink more than the grapefruit. It wasn't too pricey either just like their HK milk tea. Overall, I would come back and try another waffle with filling and their other drinks as well they have a combo for the waffle plus drink. They also only take cash but they do e-transfer.

BLACK SUGAR MOCHI EGGETTE - SO GOOD!!! Tastes like you're eating little tapioca pearls! - The mochi is also super chewy and I just couldn't stop eating it, lol - It's a repurchase! Overall - 5/5 stars SALTED EGG YOLK EGGETTE - People who like salted egg yolk will really enjoy this - tastes very authentic~ a little too salty for me though, and very filling! Overall - 5/5 stars OTHER - The eggettes are sorta expensive almost 7$ per order but given that their flavours are pretty unique, I think it's worth a try! - They also don't skimp out on the filling... every bite of each eggette was FILLED with mochi/salted egg yolk not just a sad crumb inside so you don't have to worry about lack of flavour or not getting your money's worth. - Both eggettes were also very light and airy! I guess it has a really good flour:egg ratio? I've tasted some egg waffles that have been super floury/dense and you won't find that problem here. - I would definitely come back here to try the other eggette flavours/drinks!

The original egg waffle was nice and crispy on the outside with just enough filling on the inside. I also liked the brown sugar mochi egg waffle because it was not too sweet. After a while, the mochi egg waffle became really filling but definitely worth a try! I'd come back to get the original egg waffle again.

Actually prepared on the spot, so it is a wait to get your order, partially because they don't have enough waffle makers. But, overall good variety of flavours, they also got some unique drinks, a little pricier compared to your pmall egg waffles.

Whenever I'm in the area, I always stop here for their eggette waffles. Coconut and banana being my favourite flavours. Fresh, warm, crispy/soft, and oh so tasty. The only drawback: the wait time can sometimes hit 20 mins.

SO GOOD! We got the “lots of red bean with milk tea” 20z and it’s amazing!! So much red bean they aren’t joking about the lots and the milk tea is not your regular powdered milk tea most bbt places give - it’s jasmine tea with milk! So good and refreshing and the red bean is not sweet at all!! Highly recommend for a nice little guilt free treat!

I tried the salty egg flavour, durian as well as brown sugar mochi, all of them tasted delicious. Each egg waffle was filled generously with the filling and were true to their taste. If you're a fan of salted egg, I would recommend you give it a taste.
