Refused to give refund for stay booked 10 minutes before when it was determined that the rooms were extremely dirty and unsafe (windows falling out of frames). Had to call police to get the manager to give a refund. Worst place ever. Stay away.

Rates are reasonable. Breakfast is ok, you can make your own waffle here.

The room itself was OK. There were moths all over the room. Dead moths in the sink. Hair in the tub. And the light in the bathroom did not work properly so if you had to use the bathroom you had to turn the light on 3 minutes in advance before it actually would light up. The room was a smoking room (I don't smoke but it was the cheapest room available) and going into it i was prepared for it to have a certain smell anyway. The smell was so bad and stale it was had to feel relaxed. The only good thing was the people at the front desk were very nice and helpful but my key wouldn't work for the room so I had to keep going back for help.

Our room was clean enough, but it had a distinct animal smell. Fine for a quick overnight stay or something you need in a pinch. Would look elsewhere for any type of extended stay in the area.
