I bought a mattress here, and when I went to pick it up, provided information showing that the exact same mattress was offered elsewhere for a few hundred dollars less.  I asked about the lowest price guarantee offered by Sussex Mattress, and was told that it would be looked into and that I would receive a call back within a few days.  When I didn't receive a call, I called back and again explained the situation.  I was told that it would be easy to check out, and again was told that I would receive a call back within a few days.  Each time, I provided my phone number to be sure they had it.  It has been nearly tow months now, and still no call back.  I would say that before you actually buy here, do your homework by asking if they still do honor the lowest price guarantee. and then running a search on the mattress you want.  Aside from that the purchasing experience was pleasant,  It's just the lack of customer service follow-up after that.

Highly recommend Sussex County Mattress. Very helpful sales person, excellent prices, delivered on my schedule by polite deliverymen.

i bought a bed from here in may. initially i was going to get one from sleepy, but sussex county mattress gave me a far better deal, plus they gave me free delivery, free mattress cover and free frame for a lot less than sleepys. the bed that was sold to me is also living  up to my expectations and i absolutely love it. when i first got this bed i was going to bring it back the first week, but then i somehow got used to it and now it is one of the most comfortable beds i've had. i bought a simmons beauty rest firm plush bed, and i love it.
