I will NEVER recommend this business. I went in to the store on the north shore in Kamloops and wanted to pay off my sisters account ( She had just been admitted to the hospital with a life threatening illness) when I said  to the woman behind the counter that I wanted her balance she said that was against store policy .( which if someone wants to payoff my bill for goodness sakes ...Let them)  The woman was TOTALLY lacking in human compassion and any kind of empathy. All I want to add is THANKS SO MUCH for your help

Ad says same day delivery, never is... Usually wait a week or longer for delivery.
