Carolyn provided excellent service. She was helpful but not too pushy. She was very prompt and accurate in providing me with a price quote. The store was very well laid out and well appointed with amazing items. Lacey was also very nice to speak with at the end of our transaction. I look forward to working with Carolyn in the future as we just purchased a chalet at Sun Peaks. Thanks Carolyn!!

Had an excellent shopping experience, first time shopper at the the urban bar. Lots of fun decorating items and quality furniture. Sales Staff are very inviting, friendly and don't pressure you. Which I love. I am a shopper who likes to look around first before i start thinking about what I want/need. Wish there was more of a sales bin though...or "as is bin"

I am seldom impressed by a store,however the Urban Barn is a exception to the rule. My wife and I had occasion to go to the Urban Barn in Kamloops,what a pleasant experience. We were met at the door by a extremely courteous,and friendly young man. We spent a while looking at different displays,and did select a few items. At the check out counter we had the pleasure of meeting a very nice young lady, Liza (I believe,)she made it a point of introducing us to the Store Manager,a very bubbly and outgoing young woman. All in all we were very impressed with the store,and service, we will not hesitate to recommend it to our friends, I know we will certainly return in the future.

The staff are all so friendly and helpful. No pressure sales! The store is a delight to be in!

The Kamloops team is very helpful, Devin, Carolynn and the store manager are always so fantastic to deal with! Love the events as well
