Put me on hold for so long time. The person just take the call and without even asking put me on hold

We are recommend to the public for Dr. Adel Almighairbi. He is very professional and knowledgeable doctor that we ever had. We met him to the other clinic and when he transferred here to Eastgate Medical Clinic Me and my husband followed him for his awesome service.

Everytime I come in I have to wait around 40 minutes or even an 1hour for the doctor to show up !

My son ended up in emergency after having a seizure because a doctor refused to check him over since he didn’t cough while she was in the room. Turns out he had a serious ear infection which caused him to have a seizure. As a walk in or with an appointment time I always wait an hour before I’m in a room.

Great experience. Called and made an appointment; they were able to fit me in same day. Courteous front staff, good knowledgeable doctor. Way better than other clinics in the NE.

Front staff is always good and they always get me or my baby in when needed, they have helped me alot . Thank you
