Story

The DynaLIFE Medical Labs partnership provides diagnostic laboratory services to more than 2000 physicians and one million patients annually. The laboratory, locally managed from its state-of-the-art facility in Edmonton, performs more than 16 million tests every year. Our mandate is to provide high quality, cost-effective services to our clients to assist in the diagnosis and monitoring of patients’ and employees’ health. The laboratory employs the newest technologies to ensure that patients receive the best possible laboratory services.

I have a great experience with my nurse there, but they’ve turned down my friend who has cancer and pots for having seen specialists in the hospital and for refusing to see the same nurse that denied all of her symptoms and diagnosis. My friend has no family doctor and is new to the city and haws no primary provided. I don’t understand the difference in the care I’ve received and the difference in the way my friend has been treated.
This is a place that is there to help you. In so many ways. From helping people with AISH paperwork, to nurses, and doctors. Plus the injection clinic is in the right building. With that running they have saved many life's of many people. That is something I have seen first hand
This has been my doctor's office since I was an active drug user, they have treated me with kindness and compassion the whole time, they are so busy all the time and still always do whatever they can to help the struggling humans out there. I will always be grateful for having everyone there who helped me get back on my feet.
I couldn't even feel safe enough to go here. I had an appointment to get a blood test done at Dynalife, but when I arrived, there was a crowd of homeless people crowding the entrances and sides, all over the clinic. While I believe they deserve help and compassion, it made me wonder what was going on at this clinic that warranted such crowding. I'm a small woman and I really didn't feel safe and wish there was an alternative entrance or some aspect of control. I'm sure this clinic does great things for its community, but I needed to cancel as I felt very uneasy, even looking around the area.
BMHC is beyond a doubt the best health care I have ever received and I'm a senior. The care and compassion for the underprivileged is unrivaled. So too, are the depth and breadth of services. It is a priceless resource for the community.
Dr Mosaico has been, by far the best doctor I've ever been to. He treats his patients with the respect and the dignity they deserve while providing a multi-faceted approach to medical care. He is thorough and takes his time with you. I never felt like a number instead felt like a human being. He saved my life and took care of me in a very vulnerable time in my life. Since then my life has grown and I no longer need the services of the Boyle Macauley but I will never forget him.
Went for covid shot, GONG SHOW! 11/2hrs. for 1 person to get a shot, 1hr 15min for the next. The nurses were pissing around not doing their jobs, utterly useless! UNPROFESSIONAL!! Walked out. Go somewhere else, the doctors are great, but it doesn't make up for the nurses.
This isn't a walk in clinic, which might answer one observers question. My Dr is awesome I've seen him for 14 years. That's going through a lot. He's fair if you're honest. Sometimes the staff are a little abrupt but they deal with all kinds of BS. All in all once you're approved and assigned a physician it's one stop shopping if you want.
I've been going to this clinic for over ten years n the only thing negative I can say about it is the patients who frequent the clinic can be a bit intimidating at times but if u look at the area being inner city, this shouldbe expected. Every city has to have somewhere for ppl who live inner city to go n considering this also the doctors r extremely good at wat they do both in the clinic and the lab. I've never had a bad experience at the Boyle McCauley Health Centre n have refereed this clinic to many ppl and will continue to do so.
Apparently I am not low enough, in this little community, we call home to be able to apply for a Doctor at the Boyle McCauley Health Centre this is the third time I have been turned away from being able to be a patient. I am in the community for four years my back is in three pieces with broken titanium rods at the base of my spine. and a couple more titanium rods in my neck which has left me handicapped, so it would be so much easier than going to Kensington every two weeks. I just don't understand I thought this place was for the community not just a few select clients?
