I would like to make this review for the office administrators. My doctors are great whenever I see them but my problem arises with the people in charge of paperworks or medical reports. I know your office is very busy but there is no excuse for an office to be efficient. Patients are people who has needs for this paper works. It is urgent because sometimes their financial needs depends on this paper work .Everytime you delay, their claims are delayed as well. Imagine a person's life hanging on a balance because of you. if your staff is overwork , and has no time to do this work then your office system is broken. maybe it is time , to hire someone solely , to cater to this need for your office to be efficient.Some offices can fill out a medical report the day of the appt . why your office can't? Imagine not getting a medical report for more than 2 weeks booking an appt is 2 weeks. The claim was delayed for a month. I hope you can fix this broken sytem in your office. You are causing additional stress to your patient. Sincerely.
This place does not care about your time, i had an appointment at 11am today for my daughter that is 14 months with Dr samana, didnt get called in until 1:30 pm and finally was done by 2:15. The doctor is very professional and helpful, but my time is valuable and they do not care about it. Im not sure what the point of having an appointment is?? Just ridiculous.
The physicians here are wonderful and caring. As its so busy, there is a little wait but very worth the wait as the physicians take the time with you. The staff are so helpful and always have a smile. Would recommend anyone to this clinic.
If you care about your health and your your family’a health, avoid this place. Been trying to get prescription refilled for a month now, they won’t accept walk in’s, said a phone consult can be done, changed my appointment to an earlier date and never called me. The time I was booked was 5PM which is when they close. Mother went in person and was turned away by reception and advised someone spoke with me to refill the Prescription which is a complete lie. On thé third week and still no refill and patient is left in pain as medication is for pain management. Called in today and received the runaround, had to involve the pharmacy and had them send refill request, called clinic receptionist at 1400 and was told I would be called back, no call back received and they close at 1500. Called 8 times and my call keeps getting hung up on. Their front desk staff are all rude, do not know what they are doing half the time waiting 1 month + now for AISH paperwork which we had to go in 3 times for . I have never seen such a disorganized and unprofessional clinic/ staff/ physicians in my life. Will be filing a formal complaint with CPSA.
So I booked an appointment for today Dec 5th, 2022 two weeks ago. Today I called them to confirm my booking so receptionist said that I am not booked for today and I will be considered as walk in patient.
UPDATE: The doctor was nice enough to call and apologize. She spent 15 minutes on the phone checking in with us to make sure my daughter was okay. Much appreciated call back. ORIGINAL: There is NO parking available. Even if you arrive early and find a spot or walk you'll be waiting 30 minutes after the time of your appointment just to be put in a room to wait another 30 minutes. Meanwhile, a dozen other people will arrive after you and leave before you while. Don't try asking for an estimate on time, because the front ladies have no idea what's going on in the back. Oh and don't forget your mask, they're going to make you wear one even though their staff are not wearing then or wearing then improperly, but hey safety first right.
Receptionist was amazing. Waited in waiting room while daughter was waiting to see Dr by walk-in. A little bit of a wait but not too bad. As a Healthcare worker I know how busy and stressful the Healthcare industry can be. The Receptionist there was the best I've ever seen. She was friendly, polite, professional and quick to get to all the phone calls, walk-ins and appointments.
I have been seeing Dr. Iglinski for around 4 years. He was one of the first doctors I felt expressed empathy to my concerns, always gave me options and explained things well. I think he is a great doctor, however recently due to recommendations from mental health professionals I wanted to pursue applying for AISH. While there was hesitation at first he assured me that we were both on the same page for applying. Before leaving my appointment he said to fill out the medical portion it will take a couple weeks I had already filled out EVERYTHING else, and had a worker look over it as well this was February 2022. It has been three months and I have not been able to get in contact with him. He had forgotten a phone appointment which was in the second last week of May, so I rescheduled. Leading up to the day my worker called to remind the staff how important the call is. I called in the morning as well to be sure I wasn't going to be forgotten. The receptionist told me "Expect a call between 12-4pm" I called to check in at 3pm, and was told he is still going to call and that I am THE ONLY ONE on his call list. It is past 6pm the day of my appointment. TLDR, The staff are great, I had to see another doctor when Dr. Iglinski was unavailable and the due diligence of the doctor I saw was amazing. The clinc as a whole from the receptionist staff and the other doctor I saw for one appointment, really good 4 stars. However being ignored, and having my time wasted over and over for 3 months, and two entire days wasted anticipating a call. I will not be going visiting this clinic again.
Dr. Ahrari Roudi Is the best Dr I ever have. He is respectful, knowledgeable, and is genuinely concern about my health. I highly recommend him. On the other hand, I have to see Dr Akil due to an emergency and Dr Roudy wasn’t available that day. Dr Akil is the most rude person on the planet, he talked down to me, didn’t want to listen the motive of my visit, he didn’t do a check up and I was at his office just he time he needed to transcribe a prescription. Worst experience ever.
Belvedere Medical is under new management and they have really turned it into an amazing doctors office. The facility is very neat and sanitary. The staff is very nice and understanding. The doctor is relatively quick and extremely nice. 10/10 recommend.
