Eastgate Medical Centre

I changed my doctor to this location because its closer for me. I have a heart condition and had a couple of strokes. I found the service to be prompt and knowledgeable. Dr. Adel was intelligent, straight forward, and listened to me. I dont expect him to be a cardiologist (I already have one of those) but for my family doctor I found him to be compassionate and skilled at his profession. I am very pleased with the service and have no problem recommending them to anyone.

Its a nice, new clinic. Not busy, so you usually get in quickly. Doctors are okay if you already know what is wrong and what you want ie.) a bladder infection and you need antibiotics... They are not great at giving a diagnosis. My mother had blood in her urine and they worried her and told her it could be bladder cancer. She was crying and upset, and went to another doctor to discover it was a cyst. It was extremely unnecessary that they upset her, and said the "C" word- before preforming tests.

Woww, THIS IS embarrassing!! Doctor Afiata- one of the 3 owners.. My daughter came, complained on bad coughing and temperature previous evening- Doctor told her : It will pass... I was there the same day- urinary infection!! Doctor said: it will pass No tests, no medicine.. For them- last few months- j can inly say that we are numbers that help them charge health care of Canada for service that they actually dont provide... I called and asked for manager that should be every day there... its 4PM He is not here- they told me So- if you want to go there- DO NOT!!!!!!!! Brani

Joke ....... got X-rays done on a Tuesday. Dr said he would get back to me that day or the next depending on when he got them back from the clinic. X-ray clinic sent them over in about 30 minutes after I got them. Called and dr wasn't in until 2 days later. Called 2 days later and dr hadn't even looked at them yet. Called next day and he still hadnt looked at them and wasn't in for 4 days. Had to go back to the clinic to see a different doctor to get results.

The only reason I gave this place even 2 stars is because Dr. Adel is a good doctor, the other doctor is so rude always rushing he doesn't even care about your issues he interrupt you while you speak tell don't worry about it plus that one Filipino girl at the front desk always seems like she's having a bad day like girl lighten up.
