Dr. Dikna is one of the best doctors I've ever had. He is kind, patient and always greets me with a warm smile. Even though I only usually see him every 3 months, he remembers what we spoke about last time and asks how everything is going and if there's anything else he can do to help. He always explains side effects and researches everything thoroughly before advising. He gives me options for treatment and lets me choose which option is best for me. I can't thank him enough for all he's done to help me feel better! I also want to give a big shout out to the ladies that work at the front. They are always very welcoming, kind and helpful too!
Been going to this clinic for years since it’s the closest to my house. All the receptionist are always very rude, they also talk shit about you behind your back I understand the language they use. You need to wait an hour or more to get checked in + waiting for the doctor. The doctors also just prescribe you a medication in 3 minutes and go without really empathetically listening to your situation. If you have no other choice, this clinic gets the job done but if you are expecting quality you’ll be disappointed.
I saw 2 doctors in one day who were very efficient and helped test me immediately the same day, on site. They referred me to 2 specialists who also helped and provided me with the appropriate treatment for my symptoms. Very good experiences to date. The front desk staff are great. It's best to book an appointment in order to be seen quickly.
I saw Dr.Dikna today at the medical centre. He helped me alot with my condition. He was very kind and attentive. I felt he cared and took time to listen. I 100% recommend him as a doctor and a person
I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this clinic today during my pulmonary function test. The technician, Kyrene I believe that was her name, demonstrated a complete lack of patient communication skills and professionalism.nnNear the end of the test, she abruptly chastised me for “inhaling” and “ruining” the test. I explained that I had simply run out of air and was unable to continue exhaling. Instead of listening, she argued with me, insisting that her computer showed I still had air in my lungs. When I tried to clarify what I was experiencing in my own body, she continued to contradict me based solely on what her screen indicated.nnAt that point, I asked if she was really relying on an algorithm over a patient’s own awareness of their breathing, and whether she had received any patient-care training. Her response was dismissive and defensive. When I told her that her communication style was inappropriate and asked for an apology, she insisted she “wasn’t rude” — just “direct.” That distinction might matter to her, but from a patient’s perspective, the interaction was condescending and unprofessional.nnArguing with patients about what they are physically experiencing is unacceptable. If she struggles to communicate respectfully and empathetically with patients, she should not be in a direct patient-facing role. This experience left me anxious and upset, and I would strongly caution others to be aware of how they are treated during testing at this clinic.
