My son saw a Locum doctor and when I called to make a follow-up appointment as he suggested, they said they don't know if or when he'll be back. Then asked if I could make an appointment with another doctor and she told me that he could come as a walk-in on Saturday. He went and was told that he has to go to the Castledowns clinic because they were not taking walk-ins. So he asked if he could make an appointment during the week. Again was told no. Management needs to take a serious look at the operation of both the physicians and staff. It's not difficult to run a clinic, if you want it to be successful you have to do what's right not what's easy.

SLOW. I was the third person here this morning for walk in 8:55, 5 mins before open and it has been 2.5 hours and I have still not been seen. I have made appointments as well as it’s still an hour wait most times. There’s a serious problem here that needs to be addressed and our health care needs to do better. Also, the middle aged front receptionist with blonde hair has 0 personal skills. Clients that go to speak with her about specific problems, she makes them feel stupid for asking.

Dr Muhammad is great. This clinic, though, is a disaster of disorganisation. Called yesterday to make an appointment for my daughter with Dr Muhammad. Made the appointment for 9:10 this morning. Called today at 9 to reschedule to Thursday morning and was told he doesn't take appointments. After some discussion, the lady said, "Can I put you on hold for a minute?" I said sure. I assumed she was going to get someone else to help. But nope. She just put me on hold and left me in limbo until their system auto-disconnected me 10 minutes later. These guys are always screwing up appointments, saying you need an appointment, then changing and saying you need to just walk in. It's like they are making it up as they go, just saying whatever they need to say to get you out of their way. Useless reception.

Actually the worst “walk in” clinic I've ever been to. The doctors barely work a full shift. The clinic is open until 4 but they sometimes are done seeing patients at around noon… then you try and make an appointment because thats what they ask every time you go in there and they say they aren't taking any new patients… like what are you even open until 4 for? Then they just try and send you to another clinic thats 20 mins away. Been going there forever and I'm considered a new patient? Its sad to see how down hill its gone if you don't enjoy what you're doing maybe find a new profession.

Front desk doesn't even know what triage means. You check in with a number system, then as you wait you see people 8 numbers after you get seen with no appointment. Very disorganized, the front desk even had a hard time operating the temp checker. Doctor Moehamed is hands down amazing, the rest of the staff seems to have been hired from a temp agency, what happened to professionals?

Multiple attempts to get in. hours are awful, Caucasian receptionist cranky, need an appt as it isn’t a walk in clinic. I only needed a prescription refill for thyroid meds and was turned away. I was told that the Dr was gone for the day and it was 2:30.

If this Medicenter is Provencal run we Albertans are in trouble. It is no wander doctors dont stay long. The Medical administrator at the front is short on the verge of rude with patients and unapproachable. It would appear she obviously dislikes her position. When entering the room the only question the nurse had was "who was going to pay for the drop in" This is my community or neighborhood Medicenter, I would never go back even if I hurt myself right outside this Medicenter I would walk down 167 Ave to the next Medicenter. The pharmacy is great. The Medicenter is run down the front staff are not professional the privince should close it down. Put the founfing towards a better Medicenter. All I needed was a perscription renewal and it seemed as if that was to much for them to handle.

I called this office today to see if my wife could come in to see a Doctor. I was told "he is talking walk ins right now until he tells us he isn't and he leaves at 3". I asked what they meant and was told "he sees patients until he decides he is done and then he doesn't see anymore". My background is in the medical profession and I have never heard anything like this before. The offices that I have worked in saw patients until the office closed not until they didn't feel like it.

Reception cannot speak well what is the point of having perception is not speaking well and cannot find a client's profile. Is happen a month ago for result of any kind and now it's just a doctor call to follow up I found like you doctor want to make more money than something else...

Start off Dr. Mohammad and the Pharmacist were amazing very helpful. The one star is for receptionist Daniel I understand your job is hard but the way you treat patience that come in because they’re in pain is completely unacceptable. I waited for over an hour and not only was she rude and extremely unprofessional to me but it seemed that way with everyone that walked in. Management needs to step in because for me I will not be returning because of the stress and anxiety that she caused me. I’m sure many other people will not be returning on a daily basis because of her attitude.
