East Side Mario's - Windsor

Everything is always amazing! The Italian wedding soup recipe has changed, but it’s for the best. I personally added pepper to it but it’s good without it too! Our server Liv was very attentive and remembered every detail!

This is your average East Side Mario's. Nothing was amazing nothing was terrible. Our beer we got was flat and they brought out another one which was fine no charge. Everything was clean and no complaints.

Our dinner experience tonight was outstanding, our Server MORGAN was extremely attentive and polite. We were never waiting for longer than expected to receive any of our items. She is very professional and friendly, it was a breath of fresh air to be served by this wonderful young lady. We spoke to her superior Logan to let him know just how impressive this lady is. He appreciated the feedback very much. It was such a pleasant dinner experience, we will definitely return on a night when Morgan works again and request her as our server Parking: Lots of parking , no problem finding a spot even though restaurant was quite busy

I’ve only been here a handful of times. Last time we were there we were craving an espresso martini. They didn’t have these on the menu but our server was creative and made one for us. For not having all the fixing for an espresso martini it was pretty delicious !

Always has been a family treat coming here! The food is AMAZING, the atmosphere is great, and the waiters/waitresses are nothing short of super nice! Daniel was our waiter and was awesome! Very nice, helped us whenever we needed it even when we didn't think we didn't need it too! 10/10 will always come back and will always love it here at East Side Mario's!!!

I like the changes being made under the new ownership and I am only writing this to help them succeed and improve. Food was delicious, staff was efficient and attentive and accommodated food allergies very well. However, the cleanliness needs improvement. I won't go into detail and specify what I saw publicly but that is number one at a restaurant aside from food safety.

Just had dinner here yesterday. Service was good…server was Brad I think. Fresh baked loaf, 1 Italian wedding soup and 3 garden salads were very good. Three chicken parmigiana and 1 seafood linguini. Lindsay was excellent as our server 100% attentive and had our courses spread perfectly. Our meal was a touch slow for her liking but came and apologized, but it was totally fine with us and we were in no hurry. We’ll definitely come back because of Lindsay Dietary restrictions: My wife is allergic to vinegar and Lindsay went and got the packet of salad dressing to make sure there was no vinegar in it. Very appreciative.

Amazing ambience! Makes you feel like you’re on the streets of Italy lol. Everyone here were so polite!

I was at east side Mario today and I really like the two amores and Megan was our waitress. She did a great job serving us. Everything was delicious and she was very nice and kind and very helpful.
