Windsor Pizza

Pizza Express is pretty much the same everywhere, the food was good and cooked to standard. However, the cleanliness of restaurant and service on this particular day, wasn't great. The manager/waiter tried to accommodate and do his best, so it's no reflection of their own efforts, if they're short staffed it's out of his control, but yes, lots of waiting and waiting for service, waiting to pay etc. He was lovely and checked in us with regards to food and how it was etc. All in all, decent food and beautiful view as you are literally opposite the castle. We had a decent time.

Good food. The pizza was made very well. I don't like pizza but ate it as was ok. What I would like to say customer service is exceptional. A waitress helped me with the application. All staff was so friendly. Many thanks. Highly recommended to visit this place.

Excellent spot next to Windsor Castle serving great pizzas. The service was great unlike some of the other outlets we've visited recently. The prices were also reasonable given the location

Friendly service and your normal good quality pizza. The restaurant is located opposite the castle so in a good location and easy to fine. Ample seating over 2 floors and nice pizzas and service.

Charlotte is the best server ever! She was so professional, so friendly and polite. Thank you Charlotte! I do work in London in restaurant and I know how hard is to find good staff! We all left the restaurant saying that the food was amazing like always in Pizza express, but what was the best,was Charlotte.

great menu, testy food I really like the Mushroom Arancini it was soft and testy, Classic Margherita was so yummy. Food 9/10 Service 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Atmosphere 7/10

Service was a bit blah. Sat down very quickly as it was quiet. Drinks ordered and then food arrived fairly promptly. Once we'd finished our food though it took almost half an hour to clear plates and give us the bill. On doing so another ten mins waiting for the card reader. The annoying thing was it was super quiet.Food: 4/5

Went for Pizza which wasn’t the best considering it’s Pizza Exspress. Highly rate the pasta! But the cleanliness was ferrel! The toilets we’re the worse I’ve seen in a long time. I’m sorry but it needs a good bleaching from the top of the tiles to the bottom. I do not think that bathroom and stairs have been cleaned in years! Considering it’s in Windsor and a very popular place I’m actually disgusted by lack of cleanliness. Staff were pleasant and attentive.

Very nice Pizza Express overlooking the Windsor castle - sit by the window & get the view. Typical menu, lovely staff, child friendly. However toilets are down the stairs so harder with children & wheelchairs. Very helpful & would love to go back.

Love the new cheesefree pizza, staff here are great too. Tried the nourish bowl, very tasty but could be improved with more protein - beans and/or nuts would make it perfect
