Sarducci's East

Extremely disappointed with the size of their large pizza. I called back thinking they accidentally must have delivered us a medium comparable size to a Little Caesars sized box The toppings were fine but the slices were soft and the toppings would then fall onto our plates. Pricing was high. Delivery was on time and driver was pleasant.

This used to be hands down the BEST pizza in all of Windsor. Unfortunately I think they changed their dough. It used to be golden and fluffy, but the last two times it's dark and tough. Staff is super friendly and toppings are always fresh. Figures I move back to Windsor and the dough changes. You should still give them a try, they're a wonderful pizza place.

I was in from Ottawa and was told to try a pie from Sarducci’s. Got a Large 12. The pizza was hot and well made. We will order again.

This was the best pizza we had had in a long time. We ordered the kitchen sink pizza and it's was so tasty and fresh. Also order a Greek salad it to was fresh and tasty too ! We have found a new pizza place !

Love the pizza, the staff and all the toppings. Shredded pepperoni is the best!!

First time customer, attempted to order tonight. After calling for about 30 mins on and off about 4 times with no answer, attempted to call the west store as the wife and I live sorta right in the middle of the 2 locations. West store did answer, were very rude to my wife phone was on speaker and abruptly hung up after telling us they won't deliver to our residence. As a potential first time customer was completely turned off and will stick to the places we usually order from such as Franco's, Windsor pizza, and Naples won't make the mistake of trying to order from here again. Disappointed as looking to try something new tonight, in a market as competitive as Windsor is for pizza you think customer service would be a priority for any pizza place looking for a step up on the competition Naples Franco's and Windsor pizza never disappoint.

Pizza is decent Chicken fingers are frozen box style could have bought a whole box of better ones at the grocery store for that price!, and the fries, well they are dark & grease soaked! Nasty! Sarducci's needs to stick to pizza only!

When it's good, it's really good. But when it's bad, it's really bad. Not sure how you can have such huge swings of good and bad tasting pizza. I can't risk it anymore. Too expensive to just throw away. :

Awful service. Didn’t tell us we weren’t in the boundaries And “it’s been like this for 20 years” and sent our order to the west location whom has fantastic customer service and after an hour and 20 minutes of not receiving our food, the female who claimed to be a manager was horribly rude and refused to take responsibility for her own error, and placed the blame on the other location. As a first time customer of the east location I will go out of my way to order from the west end. She should re-evaluate her attitude to customers on the phone before she causes any more business loss. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
