Always a great meal and excellent service! Noisy when full of families but when you are there with your kids, who cares? All you can eat soup 3 kinds, home-loaf, and salad garden and Caesar. While some East Sides have closed and some of the remaining ones hit or miss, the Camrose location has always been great. Keep it up!
Went in on Thursday for some eats the food was great. From the moment we were seated, Maria made our experience outstanding. She greeted us with a genuine smile, was warm and friendly, and checked in often enough that we always had what we needed without ever feeling rushed or interrupted. Drinks were refilled quickly, plates were cleared promptly. Thanks to Maria, our meal went from good to memorable, and we’ll definitely be coming back and asking to sit in her section again.nI’d highly recommend this restaurant, and especially Maria, to anyone looking for great food and truly top‑notch service
Perfect for kids!! Colouring, lids on cups, bread sticks and salad served while we wait. Also had a fun, inviting atmosphere. The server was quick and attentive, and got our order right!
We were there for dinner last night, our server looked absolutely bagged and her attitude reflected that, and it appeared most of the others were as well. It was very busy, took 50 mins to just get our salads after having to ask. After ordering, 30 mins later we were told one of the dishes was no longer available. Our server went AWOL and then we had someone else who was in a similar mindset serve us. She finally brought our salad and said that they weren't ours, and dropped them on the table. We asked for cutlery, and after waiting 10 mins, I went and found my own.nnI understand Camrose was very busy and this weekend with tournaments and events, but as a restaurant manager you should be prepared for this. We were not the only table in the vicinity with a similar experience.
We were passing by through Camrose and stopped to grab a quick lunch. Our server, Mackenzie and the staff were so nice to let us sit on the patio with our little dog. They went above and beyond getting her water and making sure she was good. The food and the service was great on top of that.
