Ordered a cheesy cheddar burger with a premium bun and this is what they gave me, be so for real Tastes good but like.. my buns gone lol

Absolute junk didnt listen to order properly. no air conditioning absolutely boiling in there raw undercooked baked potatoes mixed up my jr bacon cheese burger with my sons cheeseburger kids meal garbage waste of money Wendy’s.

I drove through ordered a meal and this constitutes as a large fries!nI didn’t look and why should I have too!nFYI cold fries too and no I didn’t eat any already and there’s no spillage in the bag! Is Wendy’s rationing potatoes now?

Just had a sub-par Wendys experience here in Camrose. They refuse to take your order in person and make everyone use the kiosks. That’s a mild nuisance, however there are only 2 kiosks and their respective UI’s are absolutely horrendous. The customer ahead of me asked for ketchup and was given one pack and told that he must pay 0.50 for extra packets. None of this is happening at other Wendys so this seems to be an ownership decision.

We had lunch in Camrose this past Sat Feb 15. I have always enjoyed Wendy's but the service we received that day was surprising. Now to clarify the young man at the till was very friendly, very helpful. It was what happened next that took us off for guard. My sister found a hair in her chili this was after she had eaten about 1/2 of it There was a gentleman cleaning up close to us we assumed was the owner? manager? We brought the situation to his attention and he proceeded to check the hair and tell my sister that it was hers. He even went so far as to take the hair out of the dish and hold it up to the light. He still insisted that the hair was my sister's and left it at that. I have never seen anyone go to that extent that he went to for a bowl of chili. It was very sad and frustrating to experience this. No apology or an offer to replace the chili. Will definitely be looking to stop some place else in Camrose after the rude service.
