Horrible service!! The woman at the till named „Rosa“ likes to overcharge people and gets very rude while arguing. She said it is the costumers job to check the prices on the little screen at the till. The person in front of me ordered the new Big Arch burger as a meal for $9.99 and she charged him $16. He got tired of arguing and left. The other person left before even ordering because there was no one at the till for over 5 min. When I ordered an iced coffee and a vanilla cone she wanted to charge me $4, then changed it to $7!! The correct amount was $2.56 And she told everyone to just order at the kiosk! Double check your orders and receipts at this location!!! We talked to the manager on shift twice and it seems like management doesn’t care about this horrible and rude service either!

I used the self service kiosk and that went well. Coming in the restaurant I noticed that it was clean and well lit. I used the washroom and it was clean. The service was friendly and courteous. Overall My experience was good. I did not stay in to eat. These are COVID 19 times so no self service sodas. and limited seating.

They forget stuff all the time and they don't fill up their ice cream. Paid 4 dollars for a regular mcflurry, had to ask for it 2 times and they gave it to me half full.

22 minutes to get through the drive through, then to be asked to wait out front door your order. 34 minutes is very subpar. Pathetic
