Visited on April 24th, 2025 at 11:51 PMnnThis was honestly the worst experience I’ve had at any McDonald’s. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap as a salad and asked for the chicken to be cut into small pieces, as I always do. This time, they gave me a whole chicken breast – which I could’ve dealt with – but it turned out to be raw inside.nnWhen I told a staff member who seemed to be a supervisor or manager, she took the food to show the employee who made it but didn’t apologize. She just said, “I’ll make a new one.” Later, she only apologized for the 35-minute delay, but not once for serving me raw chicken, which is a serious health risk.nnI also didn’t get the cookie I paid for until I asked, and even then it was just thrown into the bag — no packaging, nothing. The second chicken they gave me was overcooked and dry. And while I was waiting at the counter for help, I stood there for over 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I felt completely ignored.nnBetween the unsafe food and terrible customer service, this was a truly unacceptable experience. Do better.

1.Went through the drive through , they messed up my order.n2. Went inside got a new order. Got home 30 minutes away in the order was still wrong. 3.Driving back now to try for a third time to see if they can get it rightnThink this location needs a refresher the kitchen person cant read. Please do better gas is expensive

If you want to be parked and forgotten about EVERY SINGLE TIME. Come to this location. Doesnt what time of day or what kind of food. The times on the clock are more important than doing their job.

Very disappointed with the meal I received. My chicken nuggets were dry, very old and cold. The fries were the same. Old and cold. The pop was however cold and refreshing. Horrible meal. Oh and they forgot my Mc chicken sauce. Do better.
