A gentle reminder: please remind all staff about the importance of greeting the customer with a cheerful, "May I please take your order?" and a pleasant, "Thank you." It makes all the difference! This morning, December 3, the young man who served me did not leave a positive impression on me. I know that he can improve. :)

It was not good at all my fries were cold and they put big Mac sauce on my quarter pounder blt... The was no tomatoes on my burger either.. Kinda hard to have a blt if ur missing the T

horrible service, iv stopped going because they don't ever get my order right, last time i was there, an employee was screaming jingle bells in the background so loud that i had to wait for them to stop to order a pop..... what a waist of time.
