I had such a great experience at Browns Socialhouse thanks to Tonya! She was so sweet and genuinely cared about making sure I enjoyed my dinner. If something wasn’t quite right, she immediately offered to fix it or bring me something different, she really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. You can tell she truly loves her job, and her positive energy made the whole evening even better. Service like this makes all the difference, I’ll definitely be back!
Have always been a big fan of Browns Social house. As a traveling salesman, I take advantage of all the Browns on my route.. Medicine Hat, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Calgary, Edmonton, Lloydminster…. And Camrose. Always great service and food… but today, Camrose let me down on the customer service side of things. My issue seems minor, but not for me. I really don’t understand how it is that they have no idea how to turn their TV’s to the hockey game I was there to watch. One TV out of 8 had the game on I wanted to watch but they couldn’t figure out…. or had very little interest in figuring out how to change the other TV’s?? In fact, they simply told me to turn my seat around and get comfortable?!?!? Come on…. Sat at the bar and had to turn around to watch my game??? How hard can this be??? Figure out how to use your remote and TV’s please.. this ruined the typically great outing at Browns where I go to watch a hockey game and have a great meal on a regular basis…. And to top it all off, because I was irritated by their lack of effort to make the TV’s work, they seem to avoid me…. So I also received poor service. I asked for the manager to give some friendly constructive criticism. Told her I would normally spend the rest of the evening here watching the game and spending my money but because no one there seemed interested in simply turning the channel so I can enjoy a game with my meal, I was going to go across the street to a Mr. Mikes restaurant for the remainder of the evening and spend my money there. Thanks Mr. Mikes, you knew how to turn the channel. I appreciate it..nSorry, Browns Camrose, zero tip given tonight for the lack of effort given to simply change the channel and make my experience with Browns Camrose, a positive experience. This review is not focused on the food or atmosphere of this Browns which is typically always great, but the lack of interest to help with a customer service request. And why??? Such a simple thing??
This location is fairly new. Beautiful and clean. Exceptional friendly service. The food looked great, was served hot and quickly. In my case I found it was OK but the yummy factor was missing.
Placed an order for takeout. I was told about 15 minutes for the order and it was ready when I arrived. It was packaged properly and was hot when I unpacked it at the hotel. It was a good portion of fries and the burger was delicious.
