Overtime Taphouse

Spent well over 100 in the dinning room then my son wanted a large donair Poutine to take home ..:::: this consisted of maybe 15 fry’s I called and they said well the manager put it together. And I said I have ordered this lots for stay in orders and it’s 1:6 of the size I was blow away A McDonald’s med fries is bigger ! And for 17.00 what are they charging for ? The cardboard bowl ? I don’t know it’s just upsetting cause the girl acted clueless on the phone, even a small and smaller then a side s

We stopped in for lunch just after 12, it was not terribly busy, however there appeared to only be 1 server on shift. She was not very pleasant to deal with until it was time to pay and then was very kind.nThe food left much to be desired, the gravy on the poutine was very thick, dark and had very little for flavor.

Never eat here.nnThe place smells like BO and the experience only goes down from there. If we weren’t on a tight time schedule with two kids we would have left immediately.nnI’m not sure why any item on the menu says “house made” as literally everything clearly comes out of a box. The fries tasted like cardboard right out of the fryer and the chicken fingers were so dry they were brittle. Hamburgers are hard to mess up yet this restaurant’s only success was managing to do this. It tasted like chemicals. The chicken salad with bacon and cranberry sauce was bizarrely doused in peanut sauce. The best dish, a fajita, came out cold.nnThe food made me sick, but mostly I was happy that I was the only affected. Consider yourself warned.

My husband and I came in with our 3 girls for my oldest daughter’s birthday. She got to choose the restaurant and she chose Overtime Taphouse. I am sure glad we went! From the moment we walked in, we were treated so well! Our server Lexi went above and beyond from clearing a special table for us to giving our daughter special attention in choosing her meal and dessert. The food was amazing and it made the day perfect. Thank you so much to everyone there, especially Lexi. We will definitely be back soon!

Layla was our service , busy fight night and she did absolutely amazing , food was fast , fights were great and drinks were even better !
