I've never had a bad experience at East Side, personally! Always liked the friendly staff and tasty food, and if I ever had a problem with an order, no issues getting it sorted. Unless the prices or portions have changed since I went last, you get plenty of whatever you pay for. Their steak and shrimp is surprisingly good too, for being a pasta place!

Food was delicious and fresh. Waitress was really caring and nice. But quantity of food they served was small as compared to Price they have charged.

Food was as expected. Quite delicious. Server seemed super bothered to do anything for us. We were definitely a nuisance for her. Would totally go back. Its a reliable delicious restaurant. Carbs for days.

I've been to this East Side Mario's many times. The prices are great and the food is great. The Salad and bread are excellent, especially considering that they come unlimited with may of the different meals available. One thing that stands out in all my visits is the lack of a bad experience. It's always great. My girlfriend and I like to go in around 9pm and at this time of night it's not busy and the service is fast. It's hard to believe we've been there so many times and always happy. The wait staff must have great training because no matter who we get, they're always excellent. Definitely recommended.
