After a long day of work I needed to grab the boys some pizza and this dominoes was nearby. I was very happy with the entire transaction. The lady behind the counter was very helpful with explaining specials, the staff was in good spirits making pizza as we waited. And every single inch of pizza was absolutely delicious. And the garlic bread was extra buttery which was awesome. We all enjoyed it Highly recommended
If I could give 0 stars I would ! Ordered 2 pizzas, one came wrong. Called, said they would send another Guess they forgot about me.. called an hour and a half later asking where my pizza is ?? Says he will send one right out and apply a credit it my account. This is the pizza i get... where's the sause ??? Plus a hair! Thanks for nothing dominos NEVER AGAIN. YOU LOST A VALUABLE CUSTOMER.
Pleasantly surprised! Ordered 2 years ago and wasn’t happy so switched to Al’s which is now not good at all. We will be back to Dominos. Thin crust as requested. One Hawaiian, one Pepperoni and Mushrooms. Delivered hot as well.
The pizza was actually really good. It was like $36. This review is regarding the drivers that deliver there was no place to put a tip. So thank goodness that I had $10 to give him. These people don’t do their deliveries just because they have nothing else better to do. Please be kind and think of them as well. And fix your situation so people are able to give them what they deserve. Thank you. Anja
We waited an HOUR in store, after the website stated the food was done. for one singular cheese bread and one lava cake order. We where informed 4 times that the food was in the oven and would only be a few moments, we where then informed due to the long wait and every single customer walking in after us receiving their order, that we would receive extra lava cake with the order which we did not. I went back in to let them know and as soon as the employee I had spoken to saw me he started laughing. I informed we did not want to wait for the extra items we where told we would get as we had already been waiting for so long. This was incredibly disrespectful to me as I had very little issue with having to wait as I understand it’s busy, but the issue of being told multiple times it was only gonna be five minutes was annoying, but being laughed at by employees was incredibly disrespectful .
I have ordered many pizzas from this location. Tonight I ordered a large Hawaiian pizza plus pepperoni. Did not know it was a specialty pizza which cost more money. Delivery person told me I could have saved money by ordering a large 4 topping pizza instead. Ham, pineapple, extra cheese and pepperoni saving me approximately $10 which is a significant difference. When I placed my order the person that answered failed to mention this to me and I even questioned the price at the time. Bottom line is this whether the person taking the phone call is experienced or not they should mention the price difference to the customer for savings. Pizza was good as usual but just putting it out there.
Food was hot and on time. Ordered in advance online, but plans changed and I had to change the time - they were super helpful to change the plans for me. Our delivery driver was in great spirits and had a smile on :
Ordered 3 pizzas tonight from the Bowmanville Dominoes 2 regular crust and one thin crust. First of all the thin crust pizza was totally burnt and completely hard!! Couldn’t even eat it. And secondly i found multiple pieces of bacon on my pizza, which for personal reasons I have not eaten pork for the last 6 years!!!! Completely unsatisfied….
Overall not happy. It started with not being able to order on the app which led to having to call the store. I called the store and dealt with a guy who didn’t seem very pleased to take my order. I then placed it and called back maybe 5 mins later to add to it. It’s a good thing I called back because they only then told me what I had ordered -which was wrong. The lady who I spoke with was very rude and only offered to cancel my order or give me the wrong item. Not happy with these options. I would have liked to re Order the correct item but sadly that option was not given to me.
I ordered for the first time from domino's bowmanville online and omg it was exactly what I ordered, how I ordered it and all instructions followed for delivery. I've ordered a lot of pizza from different places but by far this outlet knocked it out of the park for me and I am extremely fussy about my pizza. The professionism and actually reading the notes and or instructions, perfect. So impressed, will definitely be ordering again from there. Keep up the awesome work.
