Without question, art is subjective; however, there's simply no arguing against what is on display in the attached photos as anything but culinary art. From the classic design on the box pizza box art IS art, I don't care! that evokes memories of pizza parlours past to the literally picture-perfect pie inside just look at the symmetrical topping placement!, it's obvious that the owners & employees at Al's care about the product they offer. Al's is "that" place: you know, the one you hear about if you're an out-of-towner; the "Mom & Pop"-shop that you boast about to any family/friends who have the misfortune of not living close to. Super-friendly staff, perfectly-seasoned sauce, mild yet flavourful pepperoni, generous and delicious cheese distribution that puts the chains to shame and light, fresh dough; this is my family's go-to pizza place and should be yours as well. It's always cooked golden-brown and delivered quickly & free of charge!. Supporting local is always good; when the pizza is on THIS level, it's a downright no-brainer. Thanks, everyone on Al's Team - see you tomorrow!!!
So I had the pizza here and I must say.. what an absolute rip off. It came to 46$ for a XL 3 topping pizza 2 dipping sauces and 2 drinks. And the pizza was so med level at best its crazy. The guys didn't even cut the pizza properly nor evenly nor thru the whole pizza. The toppings to their credit was pretty decent but the sauce bread and cheese were all below pizza pizza level. I wouldn't go back based on the price alone. But if you need more then I can tell you with confidence that their pizza is not even better than pizza pizza or little Ceasars.
I don't know what's going on there but they must have changed their pizza dough. Tonight's pizza tasted like delisio pizza crust. Frozen pizza crust. Dry ingredients. Just not good at all. This place went from my favorite to worst. I'd like to know why their dough isn't homemade anymore because it was too perfectly round and also same thickness everywhere and that's impossible to do with fresh made pizza dough. Such a waste. Vegetarian options: They were ok
Great pizza, never a long wait, prices are great!
This has been my #1 Pizza joint for 2 years now. Never have we gotten a bad pizza from here until tonight. I was stunned when I got home and opened up a seriously Undercooked pizza with terrible toppings. I knew something had to have changed, so I decided to read some recent reviews and Bingo!!! The poor reviews are Bang On!! Stay clear of wasting your money on this place now....you can get a better pizza out of the freezer section next door at Mac's What a Shame!!
I have been ordering pizza here for 14 years and it was my favourite place to order pizza. I tried to order a pizza this evening and the same girl answered the phone as 3-4 weeks ago. She cannot hear anything you are saying even if you are screaming into the phone. I asked to speak with the manager to explain the situation and he was not compassionate about the situation at all. I don’t want to scream to order a pizza. This used to be a simple process and it is stressful and I will not ever be ordering a pizza from this place sadly ever again.
I just ordered a small pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni and mushroom and I really enjoyed it. The flavour of the sauce was great and all ingredients taste fresh. I would recommend trying this place if your looking for a home made pizza
Good prices and great deals on pizza and other addition combos. Biggest downside side that will probably keep me from ordering anymore is anytime I order pizza the salt content is nuts. It's all you taste when you eat it otherwise would be great. Not sure what is causing the salt but doesn't matter what toppings or kind it's saltier then any pizza place I have been to.
Great local pizza joint! The staff is always friendly and they have a great pick up special for a large 1 topping pizza for $11. The ingredients always taste fresh and the pizza is always tasty. I’d also like to mention that there pizza’s are larger then what the local competitors offer... our family always has leftover slices from the large.
Your delivery guy was top notch.Unfortunately, your pizza maker forgot to put bacon on one of the pizzas and the young lady who took my call had no idea what to do. Sorry but never again.
