Earls Kitchen + Bar

I'm understanding of the fact that it's boxing day and things might go a little more slowly. But, having to ask for cutlery, salt and pepper and water refills three times is too much. Then, steak is so overcooked, I'd like to send it back, but again, server takes so long to get back to check on us that my husband is completely done his meal. The Caesar was good and the garlic bread was good and my husband's steak was perfectly cooked, so those are the bright points worth the two stars I'm giving this place. They were kind enough not to charge me for my meal which I didn't eat.

Update: Just enjoyed another great experience at this restaurant. Management and staff go out of their way to ensure every part of your visit is exceptional, and the food never disappoints! Thanks again, see you soon! This is a great restaurant. Always fabulous food and wonderful service. I recommend this for anyone looking for a nice night out.

We entered the restaurant and noticed a different layout than most Earls the decor was pleasant and appropriate for the season. We were seated immediately by a pleasant hostess. Our order was taken soon after being seated. The service was both punctual and pleasant. You could say we were treated like family. The food was excellent with fresh salad. Freshly baked bread for sandwiches. The bun for burger was also fresh. The burger was well cooked and not greasy. We had a very enjoyable experience. Thank you

Thanks for spoiling my friends birthday party! Ridiculous service.. even tho we reserved a table we had to wait for half an hour in the bar area with kids which made my baby cranky because of the loud music.. he was crying most of the time we were there and at the end the stupid waitress took 45 mins to split the bill... best of all my fish and chips had a weird smell!!! They didn’t even offered any compensation for the hassle!! Do not go there! I repeat do not waste your time and money for this pathetic service!!!

I love Earls Barlow it is one of my favorite restaurants I love the lounge servers and all of the managers, they care about their costumers. Even when I have had issues with food its fixed fast and efficiently, they always play a good variety of music and its super chic and comfy.
